This dress is business in the front and party in the back. I wanted to wear it during the day so I had to wear a thin solid black tank underneath it because of the sheer back.

This dress is a really dark navy although it looks black. It's very flattering for an athletic body. It runs true to sie in the upper body but a little large through the hips and rear - and I definitely have a rear. .

Very pretty dress - beautiful color - but it's very short.
The dress looks short in the picture but I'm only 5'4" so I figured it would be a little longer on my body. I was not able to wear this to the charity function I rented it for. This would be a great party dress for a young girl.

This dress runs extremely small.
I usually wear a 4 (sometimes a 2). I ordered a 4 and a 6 (for backup). I couldn't even zip the 6 because it was so tight in the ribs and chest. You must have a very small chest and a tiny frame (narrow rib cage) to wear this dress. It is beautiful, though.
