Heavy material, arm holes large as mentioned in other reviews. 

This dress is a heavy weight which seemed like a negative but wasn't noticeable once on.

The top was a touch big ( short torso syndrome) but it didn't make it unwearable. I wore spanx and a cruss cross bra. 

Its very comfortable and versatile- and can  be dressed  up. 

Nice heavy knit dress. Can look deep blue or purple which is nice. I don't  want to return it!!

Absolutely gorgeous dress. It's flattering, perfect shade of blue,  and does not wrinkle. The only thing that prevented me from buying it was that the top would need to be taken up a bit in the shoulders because my bra stuck out a little on the side of the arm holes since I'm short.  I might still buy it ;)


Long torsos, rejoice! This is your dress. The waist seam actually sat at my waist and not up near my ribs. The length was great - finally a dress that isn't too short for work. I frequently find dresses to be too tight under the arm pits. This one has very generous arm pit openings. The material is nice and thick, so it resists wrinkles and hides bra/underwear lines nicely. My only critique would be the horizontal seam running along the fullest part of the hips - not exactly the body part I want highlighted. But it's inconspicuous enough to not be a deal breaker. Great dress. For reference, I'm 5'9" and 153 pounds.

Fit like a glove, comfortable with just the right amount of stretch. The skirt is fun and sort of swings when you walk - not swishes since it's heavy material. I love this dress!

I loved the weight of this knit fabric. When I wear this to work I'll probably belt it.  Great length for the tall ladies out there.

I loved this dress. The fabric was heavy but stretchy causing a hugging feeling around my waist all day. Great all day dress! Very comfortable and sturdy 

I loved this dress and even debated buying it.  It is very classy without being boring.  I am fairly large chested and narrow-hipped (32DD and wear size 27). I struggle to find dresses that fit me because of this and usually cannot wear tightfitting dresses because they make me look really topheavy, but this dress was an exception!  It was fairly tight but the thick fabric hid any slight imperfections and belly and the flair at the bottom helped even me out.  I would say it would still work really well for someone with larger hips because the flair is slight and the thick fabric is amazingly forgiving to all body types.  Really a lovely dress.  I have never gotten so many compliments on a dress, from young and old! Loved it.  

Rented this for our family pictures and it was flattering and laid beautifully. Pics turned out great and it was super comfortable to wear!!

Since I'm petite, the shoulder/bust area was slightly too big but not enough to notice. The actual fit and length were great! It's hard to tell in the picture the color, but it's a deep navy blue. I paired it with a statement necklace that had hints of maroon and jade green and nude heels. I received many compliments. Thanks RTR.

This dress had a wonderful fit and a bit of stretch which made it super comfy. I'm fairly tall (5'9") and some dresses tend to be too short, or fit weird in the torso. This one fit like it was tailored to me. I got a ton of compliments. This was actually a back-up dress because a size wasn't available in the dress I originally reserved. I'm glad I got it because I liked it better than my first choice!

I loved this dress so much. The material is a thick knit that fit really well, hung nicely, and didn't wrinkle. The dress was easy to accessorize. This was the best rental I've had and will most likely rent it again.

Very thick flattering fabric. Hides all imperfections. Wonderfully tailored. Great for hourglass look. 

This navy dress is great for work or a classy date night in the city! However, it does run a little large. so we suggest going down a size for your backup. This dress is very stretchy, so it is great for any cup size, with plenty of comfortable room throughout the midsection. This A line cut and fuller skirt allow plenty of room for fuller hips.  At 4'11", this dress hit right below my knee. With the perfect heel, it us appropriate for any occasion! 

A perfect dress for work, showers or parties because you can easily dress it  up or down and on my 5'5 frame falls right at the knee. Fabric is heavy and comfortable, with fantastic stitching. The zipper ends before your butt starts which means the back lays perfectly. However you will likely have to put this over your head unless you have tiny hips. I was able to shimmy in before dinner, but not after dinner, lol. Lost a star because the armholes are too big for me. You could see my bra so a cardigan or jacket was necessary. Others didn't appear to have a problem so it's possible a previous renter with bigger boobs than me (34A) stretched it out a bit. Overall love it and can't wait to wear it again.

I wore this on a cross country flight and then straight into meetings. I agree with other reviewers that arm holes are a big bit but was not problematic for me. The dress has a lot of stretch but is thick enough to hide some imperfections. 

I love a good navy dress.  This qualifies, and the texture is interesting.  The fabric is very heavy and, as the name implies, stretchy.  I have way too much room in the chest and armholes, which isn't shocking -- I'm very much pear shaped -- but makes it a less than perfect fit for me.  I've solved for the problem by wearing a black tank slip underneath, and it's totally workable.  

Its like that heave stretch fabric dresses(body-cones)-, it probably great for traveling- as it will not wrinkle, nothing crazy- its why 4 starts, solid basic dress, 

I ordered this dress to wear to a multi-type party and it worked out perfectly. While the fabric feels heavy, I was comfortable on a summer day. Navy blue with tan heels complimented each other well. I do think it runs a bit large even for a petite hourglass frame in the smallest size but nothing unappealing. I'd rent this dress again, specifically if there are other colors.

True to size and very fitted in the mid section.  I'm 5'2 and it was longer than I had hoped on me, but nice for work.  Material is thick and very good quality.

I rented this for work- it's a good length as I'm tall and just above the knee. Couple of things I didn't like too much - quite a heavy material, the waist band part sits a bit lower than I would choose myself and it gapped a little bit at the top. 

Dress was classy, well made, comfortable. Description and picture was accurate. Only issue is that the fabric puckered under the arms/chest area. Perhaps this is not an issue for someone with a bigger chest size. 

Cute dress. Very thick material and heavy, but the torso is oddly extra long. Not great for Petites. I had to fold the waist over to make it proportional. But because the material is so thick, it stayed folded and it looked like like it was supposed to be that way. 

Pre-Good quality, heavy material, modest (high neck, length at/slightly below knee, nice navy color and interesting texture.  Con-Fit was awkward-strange lateral seam cut at unflattering waist/lower abdomen area.  If seam was at natural waste, top gaped and arm wholes were big.  Had to wear tank underneath for arm holes.  If you have any midsection concerns would not rent, unless planning for some serious underneath shape wear.

Wish I hadn't followed the reviews and sized up. Arm holes are so large. Can't wear this with a bra and without a jacket. Probably would have been perfect had I gone with regular size. Straight & narrows - caution. Don't size up!

I'm 5'9" and worried this dress would be too short but it was perfect length, right above the knee. I am usually a small in the top (2,4) and medium in the bottom (6) but the XS fit. I would not have known had I not tried it on at the RTR store. Perfect for an hourglass or pear shape with a smaller top. 

The fit was generous on top, but stretchy. It is a heavy material so it holds the shape. It is knee length on me - and I am 5'7. Work appropriate. 


Heavy high quality material, and true to size

Wore this for work for several months. Absolutely loved the fit and high quality material.

As a pear shape, I always love a good A-line. However, this was shaped so nicely it allowed for a fun little flare without showing the width of my hips/thighs. 

The material is thick and slimming. The top is not too low, nor is the cut too short for those of us who are required to wear suits for work. 

The fit is snug through the torso but, with the thicker material and a-line skirt, it is very flattering. The thicker material makes it a little on the heavy side. This dress always got compliments when i wore it.

This dress can do it all, dress it up with a statement necklace or dress it down with a denim jacket. I plan on purchasing this dress in the black color once it is available, the fit is just perfect and hits slightly below the waist so it really lengthens the torso!

Loved this dress!! Would rent again!! Ran a little bigger than expected nit it was comfortable. Dornnlet the "power stretch" fool you into thinking it will run small. Waist does sit a little low specially if you are not tall. Was a little long drom waist to shoulders on my 5'5 frame. Overall LOVED IT!! 

This dress runs true to size and is very pretty on. It would make a good closet staple. The dropped waist felt a bit odd at first, but the more I saw it on, the more I liked it; it gives the skirt a nice swish. The texture of the dress is nice as well. I would rent this one again.
