Panty alert!
This dress might work as a top, but not a dress because it's super short. The one I received barely hit my upper thigh.

For petites only
I wear a 4/6, but this dress in M was cut so short through the torso I could not wear. Waist came just below my bust line so it looked ridiculous. Perhaps the last dry cleaning shrank it. I've noticed many of the RTR items are beginning to look pretty worn.

Unexpected edge
Fits true to size. Nice quality on fabric and details. I'm 5'7, so the longer length worked, but it might swallow up a petite person. I wore it just like the photo above- with a black long sleeve tee and white rolled up jeans. Perfect "casual but still professional" outfit for a work conference.

Flattering fit with sexy details. Loved the modern shape and high neckline. Hugs all the right places but is long enough to be work-appropriate. Works day time with a blazer or sweater and easily transitions to date night with heels. I bought it.
