It was a little fuzzier than I thought it would be.  Also glad I sized down as the fit is a little slouchy and oversized. The perfect warmth for foggy cold days.

This coat was perfect for my Halloween costume. It was a cold night, so it kept me warm but it also went perfectly with my costume. I loved that it wasn't super heavy, but it was still warm. I would normally be between a 12/14 and would probably have gone with the 14 if I needed it to close completely around my legs, but this wasn't necessary for me so the 12 worked fine.

Absolutely loved this coat! It photographed beautifully and I would have kept it longer, but it's no match for a true Chicago winter! I would have loved to size down to a 6 so the arms would have been a bit shorter, but the 8 still worked well.

I loved wearing this coat, the color is so pretty and it goes with so many different outfits. It's pretty light so I wore a sweater underneath when it was chilly outside. Otherwise it's perfect for mild weather. It was true to size for me.

This coat was perfect! Wore it with BB Dakota black sequin leggings (also from RTR), white tshirt + black Vans for a pretty casual NYE in one of our fave dives this year. Coat is super soft and for my height and weight the 8 fit me perfectly. Contrary to other reviews, the pockets are functional (I did have to remove the temp stitching from one as it had not been taken out yet)! Deep enough for cell phone and credit cards without anything falling out. Tons of compliments on this coat! Kept me plenty warm when walking about six blocks from hotel to bar in about 40-45 degrees temp outside. I am now scouring the internet to but this coat for myself! Enjoy!

This coat was wonderful. Not too heavy, but warm enough for weather in the 50s. I wish I had gotten a 6! 

Its your classic coat that pairs with pretty much anything. Just a littke scratchy. Not as high of quality as i imagined 

I loved this waverly grey coat, and found every excuse I could to wear it. The color is so neutral that both brown and black work very well. Was perfect for a fall weekend in NYC, with a scarf on, I was warm enough in the evenings. Great pockets too! 

A word of warning-the inside lining is crazy delicate. The silk in nearly lingerie fine, and the stitching on the seams could not handle it one bit. More of a design flaw. But after I wore it just once it had a tear in the stitching. Nothing that changes the appearance, but certainly stressful! 

Only 3 stars because while the oversize cut works for my body it was very tight in shoulders and arms which made it tricky for layers. It also sheds a lot. The color is gorgeous though and it's very warm.

It did run a tab big, but I am pretty short. I loved the texture and the color! Everyone else loved it too!

Perfect spring/fall overcoat for 50 - 60 degree weather.  The man-tailoring of this coat is very flattering.  Perfect coat to travel in with nice big pockets.  Color is very flattering and goes well with most outfits.  Will definitely be renting this again.

Fits true to size with plenty of room for a sweater underneath.  I wore it with work dresses during the week and jeans on the weekend.  Super chic with aviators and flats.

I loved the fit of this coat, I say it runs large only because I typically run between an 8 & a 10 and the 8 fit perfectly with room to spare in the shoulders and arms (yay for fellow swimmers out there) There is one button, which I found looked better when left unbuttoned. Great medium-thin weight coat for layering. Unique color, did notice it tending to shed a bit of its fuzzies on my black bag, but nothing too bad. I would definitely rent this coat again! 

Instantly steps your look up with out trying to hard

The fit was excellent. I was worried about the shape of the collar but it looked great. Many compliments. Great for work, everyday, events, etc. Note: interior lining was a little scratchy when I didn't have on long sleeves.  

The jacket was a little bit long on my arms (I have short arms though). It was pretty comfortable, a bit scratchy inside the sleeves but fine for the most part because I was usually wearing sleeves under it. I received so many compliments on this coat, it went really well with tons of different outfits and really elevated my outfits overall.

I liked this coat so much that I ended up wearing almost everyday. The button seemed to be in the wrong place for my body proportions but just left it open which was fine for CA winter. Got many compliments. 

Love how this drapes the body, cozy, pretty, and fuzzy/cuddly...fun to wear. Would have been five stars if it had pockets! What is the point of a coat without pockets in this day and age? Only practical for people who ride about in limos and can always carry a purse. Not for the average person. Still, it was dreamy to wear so I juggled my keys, cell phone, and wallet in my hands while I wore it. 

This coat runs a little big but the fit is suppose to be looser. Is a tad lightweight; not meant for frigid weather. 

Loved this for everyday wear with booties or sneakers.

The fit was true to size although definitely a "relaxed" cut and on the longer side (hit just above the knee on me). Not terribly warm though!  the perk about this jacket is it can be flexible with both casual wear or can be more dressed up, but without the right look appears a bit frumpy. 

Was it thick enough to survive a Chicago winter?

I work in the finance industry and received compliments every time I wore this at the office or at after hours functions. The material of the coat is gorgeous and surprisingly comfortable. Kept me warm during mild fall days in Chicago. Runs a little large, would need to tailor shoulders if I purchased. Gave four stars because I wish the pockets were functional. 

Light weight coat, super easy to wear and looks great with tons of outfits. I wasn't a huge fan of the material - it was pretty scratchy inside, and the outside looked pilled or sort of cheap to me (but I think that's what it's supposed to look like).

It's not warm at all. Looks great. But you will be cold. 

I bought this for my week in NYC I got a size zero and it was too big and baggy so I couldn't wear it. I'm normally a size small or extra small but was supposed this was so big on me.

I rented this coat for everyday wear. It was a nice blush color but too big for me. It probably would have worked for anyone a bit taller than me (4'11"). It did look a bit pilled and like a used blanket, but it goes with the casual look of the coat. 

Return right after receiving it. Kinda pity because the material is very warm and soft, but the size runs too large
