warm winter wear
I liked, but did not love this sweater. It had a bunchy quality around the waist that I disliked. However, it was a nice option for cold weather, and I wore it frequently.

You are the one that I want
I love this jacket! The leather is butter soft, and the two ties are flattering and secure. You can cinch the jacket in as much or as little as you wish. I had a few bad moments with recent RTR orders not fitting across the chest, so I panicked and ordered size 14, which was much too big in the shoulders. I ordered a size down and bought it. Feeling like Emma Peel when I wear it.

a little of this dress goes a long way
This is one of the most dramatic dresses I have rented from the Runway. Is it rifting on a choir robe? The costume of a background dancer in the dream ballet sequence in Oklahoma? Who can say. I enjoyed wearing it, and it was very flattering and attention-getting. I wore it only once, but that once was memorable.

beautiful print, but not 100% convinced
I sized up considerably due to recent bad experiences with dresses not fititng at the chest. This larger size was comfortable and I got many compliments. However, I remained unsure if it was cute on me or looked liked I was wearing an unreasonably beautful tablecloth. It was a delight to find pocket in the dress.

This did not remotely button across the chest, but had a certain appeal with a layering cami underneath. That said, it was much too short and costume-looking for me to wear out of the house unless I had a pith helmet, a stuffed python draped around my neck, and I was going to a costume party.

excellent wide legged trousers that don't come off as clown pants
These well cut, substantial work pants pull off the wide legged thing without looking like you should be emerging from a clown car. The waist is particularly graceful and clean lined. The wool fabric may be a little scratchy for some.

Admire the knitting technique, dress is odd
First, this dress is a knitted fabric alternating black and white wavy lines. I spent a lot of time staring at my skirt. That said, the dress is odd, and perhaps overly long.

Flattering, easy dress for variable weather
The color block style does good things for the chest and the dress skims nicely over the belly. Weirdly long, but it has a slit that is still work appropriate. The material is not the softest.

I love the simple lines and flattering fit of this sweater dress. I would have given it 5 stars if the material had been a little bit nicer. Seems to be acrylic. Also, I would size down to a large instead of extra large.

warm, soft, and a little Star Wars
This slouchy, forgiving cardigan has been in constant rotation during the winter. I love the color and material. Tidier people than me may dislike the constant shift of shawl collar. Also, my husband claims that it looks like the top of a Jedi robe and sometimes hums Star Wars music when he sees it.

Magic sweater pants
I rented these pants on a very cold day, and feared the worst. However, they fit well, and are warm, soft, and cute. Also, the waistband doesn't twist, lays flat, and doesn't pinch. Fun houndstooth pattern and button detail. Sweater. Pants. It turns out it is a thing.

standout sweater-- favorite piece of winter clothing!
This unusual buttoned sweater has been my favorite thing all winter. Warm, cosy, and flattering. I am going out on a limb, perhaps, that most people outside the model displaying it will not wear it tucked. It is tunic length. I wear it to work, at home, over my yoga clothes. Many compliments!

Striking dress
Beautiful, body-skimming dress with a zipper down the front. The cut of the sleeves seems a little 1930s, but the dress doesn't feel retro. No stretch, so the busty may need to go up a size.

The work day-- on ice!
Very sweet little black dress with an interesting tie at the neck detail and flirty circle skirt. The skirt was very short and the dress was very tight across the chest in the smaller size I wore-- felt a little like an ice skater.

The Velma dress, a little longer.
I rented, loved, and reviewed this dress in a more flamboyant plaid and more form-fitting size. This version of the dress (Trina Turk has a number of them), is in a more sober, menswear-inspired plaid, and is long enough to wear to my office when pandemic telecommuting is done. The portrait collar is a fun touch. Wearing constantly.

instant work staple
This is a perfect summer sweater dress. It is lightweight and comfortable, and it buttons to the knee, allowing a glimpse of leg. You bring your own curves to the dress, but it accentuates the chest and skims the belly. After a week of trying to wear the dress every day, I bought it.

classic red power dress
I was surprised at the shoulder pads, and the material wasn't my favorite, but it is definitely a flattering power dress that may be worn without spanx. The tie is a plus (although likely to untie during the day unless double knotted). The shoulders are wide in comparison to the chest and hips.

fun stretchy gingham skirt
This navy gingham trumpet skirt is slimming, comfortable, and fun to flounce around in. The material is not that pleasant to the touch and the waistband twisted a bit through the day, but overall, this is a good work skirt and I considered buying it (if it had been black and white, I would have done it).

Best coat ever! Bought it!
This warm and beautiful faux fur shawl collared coat channels the 1920s to make you feel like Louise Brooks flapping your way through Berlin. This is the best coat I have ever owned. I average 2-3 compliments every day I wear it. Sorry that winter is over and I can't wear it anymore.

pretty, lightweight gingham skirt
I have been itching to wear gingham this season for reasons obscure, and this skirt satisfied that longing. The ruffle is graceful and flattering, but I preferred to cover the waist with a front-tie top. The fabric is a summer weight black and navy check gingham. I should have rented this skirt in August.

loved flouncing around in this dramatic but work appropriate dress
This is made of a flattering, stretchy, fabric with some heft. The high-necked, fitted mockturtle neck top may look a little severe, but it is balanced by the playful trumpet shaped skirt. I just started Rent the Runway and this is the first piece I have loved.
