Classic stunner
Wore size 2, though had to safety pin the top (both inner and regular/outer part) tighter to get it to stay up. Plenty of room in mid-section for eating. Looked great, even on 5' 2". Light and airy, great for dancing. Didn't wear a bra due to the boning and ruffle. Highly recommend as it's a beautiful classic style in a great color.

Elegant and comfortable!
THIS DRESS ROCKS. Do not be afraid to rent this dress. The straps keep you VERY secure. I did not have to adjust them at all the whole night. Length is fine, even for us shorter gals. Material is sturdy enough that you don't have to worry about anything showing. Material is stretchy and really comfortable. I got SO MANY complements all night. Both the 0 and 2 fit. I ended up wearing the 2 so I didn't have to worry about sucking in after whatever delish food was served for dinner. Fun to dance in. Highly recommend!

Did not end up wearing this dress, as I needed a size 2 which was unavilable ar the time of rental. the length is tough for shorter gals, as it hits the mid calf in the back. the lace in person was nothing special. I guess I expected more from Marchesa. It was very pretty and would be a fine rental.

Better for tall, slender gals
The dress looked frumpy on my petite pear shaped body. The fabric did not stretch so I was forced to fit my (larger) hips and then have gaping at the bust. Did not end up wearing. Was really disappointed, as the photos look great.

This dress was good. Just nothing special. It was a total cling magnet for static. I wore the larger size of my rental, S, so that I could tie the waist more tightly. I felt I needed more definition at the waist. The dress is definitely see through. So make sure to wear nude underneath. Again, it was a fine rental, especially if on sale. Just was not something to rave about.

Easy to wear
This dress fits all shapes and sizes perfectly. I ended up wearing the S and belting it, as I thought the style as is was not flattering for my body. Just throw on (no zippers, or buttons), and go! Print is great and soft for fall. Material is midweight and silky. I can easily see this dress being dressed up or down, depending on how you accessorize.

Not my style
This dress is very pretty. I did not wear, as I was uncomfortable with the tight way it fit. The larger size fit better, but you could still see all the lumps and bumps. In the smaller size, the fold fell oddly and did not lay peroperly. Beautiful silhouette if you are used to thinner dresses fitting close to the body.

I ended up wearing the S as the XS was unavailable for my rental. the XS would have fit much better. I ended up safety pinning the sides under my arms to make the dress fit. The straps are helpful in that they are adjustable. i did not wear a bra and felt totally fine, as the famric is sturdy. This dress has pockets! Open back is beautiful. Easy to wear. Good for petites and pear shapes.

This dress is SO COMFORTABLE. It sucks you in perfectly and then flares where it should. As a petite the length was great. The smaller size fit my bust better, as the 4 gapped too much when I moved. The material is thick enough to no show undergarmets. I was able to wear a strapless bra no problem. Everyone at the party LOVED the dress. i liked hos it could be dressed up or down with acessories.

Sassy & fun!
This is a GREAT rental! I'm pear shaped with a thin true waist, but thicker near my belly, so I am often hesitant about dresses fitting too tightly around the stomach. This dress fit perfecty! Skimmed over everything just right. I might have been able to wear the XS, but had previously ordered the M as my backup size. Requires stick on - or no - bra, and some fashion tape for those of us smaller up top. Light weight and great to dance in. Highly recommend. I received many complements!

Showstopper, better suited for taller gals
GREAT rental! Top straps are totally customizable. Fabric is thick enough you don't need a bra if you choose to forgo. Color drew tons of complements. I had no issues with the lining. My only drawback was the length was a bit long for 5' 2". Ended up being a really long midi.

Very pretty in person. Great for informal but festive events. I'm usually a 0, but ended up wearing a 4 because I don't like things being right on my stomach. The 2 also fit, but it was a bit snug.

Great dress!!! Highly recommend. Not super shiny in person, but still pretty color. You're able to wear a regular bra. Flared skirt hides hips and is fun for dancing.

Beautiful but difficult to wear for petite
Dress was gorgeous! Tons of complements. A little short when sitting. Fun to dance in. Good quality. As for the top, I had to remember to maintain perfect posture and had fashion tape everywhere. I'm also extremely petite up top with small shoulders, so I'm sure anyone with a non-petite torso would fill out the back better.

Pretty and different
Good rental but nothing I'm talking about days after. Pattern and color varied between dresses, with one more white at the neck than the other. Chest area does fit weird. Both were gapping on my 30D size. I had to safety pin the neck/straps tighter. Waist and chest a little tight on 0 but too large on 2. Skirt is definitely full, so keep that in mind. However, fun to dance in. Maybe a bit too much dress for a petite. Pockets were an added bonus.

I wore this dress for New Year's Eve. The size recommended by other reviewers was the only one available, so I was not sent a backup. I was pretty worried that it might not fit and I'd be left without a dress. Thankfully it was PERFECT. Definitely size down. The 0 was a bit big on me. Being petite, it fell a bit longer than the model. The sequins did not rub my arms, despite much dancing. I was able to wear a regular bra no problem. The dress was almost stretchy, do it gave a bit and was not uncomfortable in the slightest. The ombre color looks even better in person and good lighting. I got tons of complements. Then, there's the pockets! I was able to carry lipstick and even a folded up poncho in the very deep pockets and no one was the wiser. I pretty much want to wear this dress to every formal event in the future. Highly recommend renting!
