Perfect wedding guest dress
Slinky, flattering and flowy. Such nice fabric! I typically wear a 2 in Staud but sized up due to seeing other reviews of this style and I'm glad I did. There was room to move, but it's not roomy.

Lovely dress, but long and wide
I received this in a 4P when I usually wear a 2R or 2L. The petite length was long enough for me (5'8) to wear with 3" heels. It's long! The fabric is heavyweight and drapes well. It fit loosely everywhere, but especially around the armpits. I don't think sizing down would've been enough to help with that.

Gorgeous, just not the one
I rented this as one of my options and did not end up choosing it for an upcoming black-tie-optional wedding. Despite this one being very flattering, it was too short with 3" heels (I'm 5'8) and too tight to really dance in. I'm usually a 2, but the 0 fit. It was just a bit snug.

Someone stopped me on the street to tell me how great my dress was.
I got this in a 2 and 4 and ended up wearing the 2 because the 4 gave me kind of a poochy stomach (from excess fabric). This is a really great dress when you're looking for body-con... the fabric is thick enough that any lumps you have are smoothed right over. Paired with black tights and booties it's a stunner!

Wore for dinner and drinks with my long distance bf. Really great dress for a night out!
This dress fit my waist and bust perfectly, and since I got it for a nice night out with my bf it suited my purposes just fine. If you're leggy and looking for something to wear for an event though, I would look elsewhere... it's short short! It was also really snug on my shoulders... though this again wouldn't be a problem for shorter girls.

I ended up getting two Lilly dresses for graduation weekend, both in the same style. RTR only had this one available to ship in a 4, and the other one in a 2. I preferred the fit of the 2 because I have a very small waist and bust. People who are small on top should size down, because the bottom is free!

I wore this dress to college graduation. I had a great time celebrating 4 years well spent!
This is a darling dress and is perfect for summer events. I wore it to graduation and the pockets were an invaluable asset at the field house where there was no safe place to store stuff. I'm usually a size 4, and the size 2 fit perfectly. If you are small on top I'd go down a size for sure.
