Cute, very green!
The photo makes this look more aqua but it is very much a rich kelly green. It's stretchy and cute and comfy, but not lined and not forgiving of lines. Choose your spanx carefully.

Classic lines, great forgiving fabric.
I rented this for work and loved it so much that... I wore it again on a business trip later in the week:) The fabric is easy, it travels well. Great lines that are forgiving in the midsection. Paired with tights & knee boots.

Color, belt, neckline all make it pop!
I really adored this dress. I paired it with opaque tights and knee boots for work. I carry my weight in my middle and am about 15 lbs heavier than I like, so spanx were the order of the day. This material was not so forgiving about lines underneath, so undergarments require careful thought.

Weirdly small at the waist
This cute top fit me in the chest, and lengthwise, but the waist of it was oddly tight. So tight that the top would not lay properly- would have been a belly exposer. Probably fine for someone very thin, but not if you have a little bit of tummy to disguise (which is why styles like this are usually great!)

Springtime!
I don't usually do green but I risked this and am so glad I did. I got nothing but compliments on it. I work with a lot of men, and most of the women in my office don't dress up. Women were chasing me town to tell me they loved this dress!

Fun, travels well, forgiving
I also loved this dress in another pattern. The waist detail is very forgiving id you have a pooch! It's a cure dress with thick, lined fabric that travels well and need only be hung on a hook in the bathroom when showering, to freshen it up from travel. Tons of compliments and will rent again.

LOVE the summery color!
I already own this dress's older sister in black. This new color is to die for. In shadow it shows as a vivid red but i. bright light is very clearly an amazing pink/fuchsia.

Definite standout - and those shoulders!
Love the shoulder detail on this dress, and the forgiving thick neopreney material. I wore this to a BigWigMeeting at work and it was a definite standout as suitable to the occasion, but not everyone else's grey or black blazer. In a male-dominated profession, I am DONE blending in. I did feel that it could have been tailored ever so slightly in the waist - I do have a bit of a pooch at middle age that leads me to fabrics that offer forgiveness. I felt that this dress could have been cut just a little slimmer in the waist and still offered that. If you sort of turned and stood wrong it could look a little ploofy in the middle. But all in all, it was a standout dress and the sleeve/shoulder detail was just so much fun. I did not blend in to anything at the boardroom table:)

Really bright cute dress, super for work
Kate Spade continues to deliver - the sizing is as expected. The dress is a knit, which is forgiving, and the pink block is lined which helps it hold shape nicely. My only nit really is that I would prefer the strap to be just a biiit wider, as it's a little more tanky than I would like. I was not as careful as I could have been with bra selection - a racerback will keep you from having to constantly make sure you are not playing peekaboo.

Stretchy and forgives a pooch, travels well
This is as other reviewers have mentioned, a stretch denim but people won't realize it when they look at you! Travels well, forgives a tummy, but I wish the arm holes were just a bit smaller.

Cute but watch the wrap!
I LOVED this vibrant blue and it looked great on. However, I had to be *really* careful about how I sat, and had a close call Marilyn Monroe moment walking down the street when the wind picked up. Paired it with nude heels, it made my blue eyes really pop.

Nice pretty work dress
I felt like this ran a tad big. It was super comfy and dressed up nice. Someone suggested the fabric was "neopreney" and that is a fair description. I felt like the belt needed to be retied several times during the day. But it was comfy, traveled well, and really cute.

Unlined, very thin & unforgiving
This fabric was so thin there was no way to blend in even bra straps, let alone the edges of spanx. If it had been lined, it would have been great, but I couldn't make it work. I usually smooth things out with some spanx but it was too thin even for that. A shame because it was cute!

Fabulous for work!
I loved this dress- another Shoshana hit. Someone at work actually said to me "please take me shopping with you!" I got tons of compliments all day, and the bright blue was a nice winter pick-me-up! While this has that nice knit give and stretch at the midsection the flatters those of us with a lil tummy pooch, it is NOT forgiving of lumps & bumps. Wear your high-waisted spanx to smooth stuff out!

Whoa there. Tooooo short for the office!
This is a cute dress that fit true to size, but it is VERY short in the back. Even with opaque leggings it appears more like a really flouncy tunic than a dress. If you can wear tunics/leggings to work this would be super cute in the office- but I can't do that so back it goes. Sleeves are adorable and the POCKETS are great!

Super cute, great for the office
This was adorable. I would usually wear short sleeve dresses in the office even in winter, but it was an especially cold day so I paired it with a shrug length cardi. Wore w black tights and ankle boots. The knot/twist in front is very cure and it was very flattering/forgiving. Because of how it opens in the front, you do have to be mindful of sitting and crossing your legs and making sure it stays put, but with tights you even get a little forgiveness on that. I will definitely rent again!

Cute but sleeves are freakishly long
I liked the overall fit of this piece, but the sleeves were 4" too long, way out of proportion to the bodice. I folded them up and it worked, but you couldn't see the bottom two layers of stripes. It was a flattering cut but the neckline was too deep to be appropriate for the office. I wore it with a cami underneath when I wore it to the office- and by itself for a date night with the hubs:)

Cute & very forgiving!
I actually rented this one by accident and was concerned it would be too clingy for the office. When it arrived it looked like a big blob of nothing on the hanger. I was happily surprised with the fabric and the fit. Fabric is thick enough to not show lumps and bumps, and is very forgiving at the midsection. The ruching across the butt isn't slinky or anything. The fit of the top is what makes this work for a work outfit. Boots and tights for winter, but in the fall this would go great with a nude heel. I do find that in a lot of light this looks more like a brick color than a real maroon.

Super cute but made for someone with freakishly long arms!
I am 5'3" and the body of this jacket hits me perfectly- but the sleeves are so long they cover my fingers. Luckily it came with the sleeves carefully pinned up by the last renter. I hadn't expected it to be a shiny material- it's a little less casual than I was originally expecting but it paired up nicely with a pale cream button down!

Weird fit, not for girls with a tummy!
I sized up on this per other reviews, but the fit was funky. it fit my waist, but then ballooned out over the tummy that I usually keep in check w some spanx tights. Usually a flowy skirt is forgiving, but this just fit awkwardly. Another size up would have had it falling off my waist.

I'm pretty consistently a 6-8/M. This dress for me on the top, but was absolutely way too small from the bust on down. It zipped up but clearly did not fit. It's a shame because it's cute. If you are bustier than I am, you could probably make this dress killer by ordering up a size from normal.

Gorgeous! A real attention-getter!
I lurrrrrrrved this dress. It was form fitting , but not inappropriately so. The skirt length and design, and the piping detail, really made it sort of a classy-sexy piece. I got tons of compliments. What I will say is that if you have a bit of a pooch or are sensitive about your tummy area, high waisted spanx are your friend in this dress. It will show lines at the waist if you wear regular tights. I've given up on my tummy as a 43-year old mom of 2, and as a runner I have stocky muscular legs. This made the fit maybe a little more snug in the thigh than I would have preferred, but that's just how it goes. This dress looked great on and I felt great wearing it! Also worth noting that if you are a petite,this will hit below the knee. The flaring of the skirt makes it look great- not awkward at all.

Cute lines & flare!
This was a nice true to size fit, with fabric thick enough to forgive and a cute little flounce. I only rated it a 4 because while it moved awesome when I tried it with bare legs and heels, it was a cold day today and I needed tights. The inside of the fabric didn't hang well with tights, would sort of catch. But it's a cute silhouette and I'm planning to rent it again I think.

I hadn't scrolled through enough of the photos of this skirt to realize it was this shiny gold/silver brocade. I paired it for work with a black turtleneck, tights, and ankle boots. Compliments all day long! I see that other reviewers think this was sized small but I didn't think so. It fit perfectly. It is a little on the shorter side and something about the cut makes it ride up a bit when you sit- you have to be careful. But it's a stunner- I'll be renting it again!

Sleeve detail makes a nice twist on a classic
This would go great with any fabulous pencil skirt, but I paired it for work with jeans and a knee boot. The sleeve detail is a ton of fun and I loved that it was lined. The fabric is rich and soft, and it was really flattering. Perfectly true to size.

Great take on the pencil skirt!
This skirt fits like a dream and has good stretch to it. The pattern gives it a little kick, makes things more interesting. Super flattering. Paired here with RTR'd Philip Lim red turtleneck. Next week it will meet a nice button down and a pair of pumps.

Just the right red!
I never realized I could wear bright reds, and this blazer made me SO happy I kept it to wear twice. Once over a black/white knit KS dress, and once with a black pencil skirt and a white button-down blouse. I got so many compliments on it. I'm sad I forgot to take a photo!

Fabulous & slimming
I really loved this skirt- though I had forgotten that scooting onto leather carseats would be a challenge. I wore this to work with a bright red shell and it was an eyestopper. I got so many compliments on the outfit, I'm sad I forgot to take a photo before I packed it up. I think the original guidance said size M was a 4-6, and L was an 8-10. Being a 6-8 depending on cut, I originally ordered the L and it was ENORMOUS. Returned for M and all was good.

Those SLEEVES!
Got nothing but compliments on this blouse and those divine sleeves. Rated 4 stars because it's oddly tight when moving your arms, even though the shirt is clearly the proper size. The cut in the arms is weird, and I can see how the chest might be too tight for someone with a larger chest. I loved wearing this and will rent in the future. Ignore the dog in the photo, she loves selfies:)

Soft and flattering- but not white!
This shirt is a nice fabric and very soft and flattering when you move- but it is definitely not white. It's clearly a cream color, which was a little disappointing. Wrinkles VERY easily (I have a desk job, check the photo) but also steaks easily. It is definitely made with a taller woman in mind- I was able to pair it with skinny jeans and a heel- a taller woman could have worn flats. Needs a nude cami underneath. All in all a nice wear, but would have liked it better if it was really white.

Frumpy on a petite girl, suitable maybe for after-hours drinks
I'm petite, so I'm used to having to adjust my expectations about how something will fit if it doesn't come in a P size. This was just long enough to be frumpy (I'm 5'3"-5'4") because it came down past my knees. The sleeves actually fit fine, but the shoulders poofed out from where the dress sat on the hanger. All combined, the length just made it seem like a long weird black dress on me. It is also more sheer than I expected- I was wearing a black bra under with a little metal detail in between the cups, and it showed right through. It was well made and on someone a few inches taller, it would make a cute dress for an after-work function. I'd recommend a cami and a slip under this, as the lining is so thin.

Gorgeous, flattering, with a little pow!
I got this brand new with the tags still on! It's a flattering fit with some stretch. That ZIPPER is so distinctive! I'm petite with powerful stocky legs, and have found that a pencil skirt that hits me just below the knee is just the right look for me. This skirt did not disappoint. I paired it with a conservative button down shirt to contrast with the zipper and it was a big win.

This is rich, gorgeous fabric - but I didn't wear it to work!
I ordered this and it really was just too warm for the time of year. The white part of the fabric is luxurious, rich material. It fit great - but the sleeves are "puffy" at the shoulder more than I would have wanted. I might try this again in the winter with a pair of long black pants and a stellar ankle boot.

It's that classic Kate Spade, in a gorgeous wool that isn't too heavy in the summer.
I have a similar style KS dress in my own personal closet, so figured I'd love this one. it is cut ever so slightly different - I think the armholes are a little big around and I would have liked to not need to pay that much attention to whether the side of my bra is poking out. The pattern was great and the fabric was that great thick KS knit - it is very forgiving! No need for spanx, etc. I'll probably rent it again for something in the fall, to pair with some boots/tights!

Too slinky for the office
I am a 6/8 and ordered this in a M, expecting it to be "form fitting" and it was far too form-fitting for me to wear it to the office. The print is cute and I love the neckline but there was absolutely nothing left to the imagination. I am going to send it back and try it in another size with my next Unlimited order.
