I worry about a dress blowing up when I’m at work and this dress felt a little too short. It fit overall really well and makes a super cute dress but with my bigger butt and longer legs I felt a little exposed.

Liked the fabric and the sleeves, but the body of the dress was awkward on me. The waist hit me in a strange place and (as others noted) the dress is shorter than it looks in photos. Didn’t wear.

Great dress, but top was alarmingly tight when I put it on. The head opening was too snug for me to risk further messing up my hair by taking it off, so I went with it. Was fine. Definitely short!

This dress was the perfect for multiple occasions during the winter season. Loved it with heels & boots. So comfortable, flattering, and I mean pockets!!

Wore this out on a date with my husband. It was super cute but also very tight on my chest and arms and hiked up in the armpit area. I really wanted to wear this to work (I’m a preschool teacher) but because it was to short and to tight for flexibility, I will have to order a size up next time.

This dress is true to size - if you're in between sizes would probably size up. I'm 5'7" and it was pretty short - I probably wouldn't wear without tights. 

Love this dress!!! The pattern is great, sleeves are cute, and easy on and off with no zipper.  Will rent again!

Definitely runs short. But flattering cut and easy to wear. Got a ton of compliments. 

This dress felt so chic and was so easy to wear. I'm a 10 and the L fit fine, though it was a bit roomy in the waist. I think a M would have hugged a little too much, though. Short but not TOO short, super flattering. I'm renting this one again!

Rented this for a work trip and it was the perfect summer dress in the humid city. Made me feel like I was going back to school. So cute!

Cute work dress with POCKETS in the front pleats!  Fit n flare so very flattering for hourglass shapes although the chest is a hair tighter than expected. It's stretchy fabric though. I usually wear a large in Kate Spade tops, so be aware this needs to be sized up. 

I like the fabric and the pattern. Comfortable too. But this was on the short side for me, and I'm 5'0. Might still work for a not super conservative office, desk to dinner, office party, etc. 

Great for work, just a bit on the short side at moments (wore thick tights and it was great). 

Perfect!!!! So comfortable and it has pockets!!! Just do your hair or top knot AFTER you put it on since the neckline is snug. I may just have to keep this!

I loved this dress and I got so many compliments. I would have kept it but it was a little too short for my liking. The fit was great but I just wanted it to be a little longer!

At 5'3 this dress is just a bit short for work. But maybe could work with tights. Really cute otherwise

Loved the optic look and fit through bust. Short on someone who is almost 5'8". Wore leggings the other times I wore it 

This dress has a little stretch and was just so slimming and flattering. And pockets!! Im short but have a big butt and it was a little short in the back. Overall great for work or an event!

If you have a larger derrière, this will feel like you are flashing the world but no worries, you're not. It just rides up a little bit.  Super flattering and since everyone at my office knows I do RTR, they were encouraging me to buy it.  The pockets are fab and it is a super cute dress channeling mod '60's vibes. Loved it!

This is really cute but not flattering on me at all. The dress is too long (everyone else is complaining it is too short) on me and the waist hits in an awkward place and makes me look like a barrel. Next!

Too short to wear as a dress for work. I wore it as a tunic with leggings. 

maybe because i have a long toros,  but the waist seam hit high up on me, causing a weird boxy look. otherwise, cute dress - a little short. thick, comfortable fabric with great pockets!

Very nice fabric and extremely comfortable. Pattern is nice to hide the extra belly fat ;) it does run a little short and I'm only 5'1". I had to pair it with knee high boots to not seem too short. Overall like it!

I rented this Kate Spade dress for my interview on my talk show, Pieces of Victory. This plaid black and white dress flattered me while, it kept me looking professional for my show. I love the pockets, the flirty look and the way it made me feel on the set!

Just like almost everyone else, I rented this for work but it was way too short! I'm only 5'3" but have a big butt and the dress was so short, especially in the back.

The fabric is stretchy and the bell sleeves are cute. And the pattern is on point.

The dress was also tight in the chest, shoulders, and upper arms. I'm a pear shape and usually small or medium fits me for a dress with a full skirt but the medium was tight up top for me.

Not sure if this dress might've shrunk at some point prior to me receiving it but it was barely covering my butt. As you can see in my pictures my fingers are at least an inch longer than the them and the hem is shorter in the back. Fit well everywhere else except the length. 

Comfortable and easy to wear. Such a gorgeous dress 

I like the fabric, I like the pattern, sleeves are cute, but this is so, so short.  I decided it was okay with tights, but I'm second-guessing that decision.  It's also very short-waisted.  (I'm 5'9").

I wore this to a work event in NY. It was cold out but I wanted to wear a dress. This was thick enough to keep me warm when paired with fleece lined tights and a thick knit scarf. Could easily dress it up with nice, chunky, costume pearls in a bold color (green, red, blue, yellow) and heels. The material has some stretch and is cut well to hide a little tummy. I'm debating buying it. 

Fit really nicely, sharp pattern, sleeves are fun but not too long
