Not the best fit
I felt the fit was a tad boxy and the side tied didn't end up looking flattering on my body type. Lovely material though

Perfect summer / fall transition dress
Absolutely love this dress that I haven't returned it yet. The print and draping is so beautiful and I feel it works well for super hot days, as well as with tights/booties for cooler nights. Might actually buy this one

Longer than expected sleeves if you are petite
The dress is so elegant on the hanger. Unfortunately, the sleeves are a bit too long if you are petite. That coupled with the neckline makes the dress seem a bit too matronly on top. Agree with the other users that the slit may make the dress too much for the workplace.

Sheer and short
Thought the dress was really cute, but if you are busty the top portion (yoke) is sheer and the cleavage may be too much. Perfect length if you are petite and the ruching is very flattering/forgiving.
