Fits true to size. Colors look great in real life.  The sleeves are kind of puffy - I didn't like how wide it made my shoulders look but it fit well everywhere else and was so pretty I still wore it. 

I loved the print, the length, the cut, and the sleeves. I did wear a camisole because the keyhole cutout felt a little low for work. But I enjoyed wearing this dress!

I actually wore this backward since the keyhole in the front dipped a bit too low for me to be comfortable with at work. Lined, relatively lightweight material. Cute rouching on sleeves. 

The waistband is stretchy and comfy. It's recently gotten chilly so I wore with a sweater over but looked great without 

I love joie tops and this dress was fun and comfortable

I rented this for work on a day I had an evening event. I liked the print, and the asymmetric hem added a little something. Runs slightly big 

Great dress that can enjoyed for casual afternoons--went to a meeting, wine tasting and then a two hour drive to get to a birthday party--but also is chic enough for a date night.

Runs large. I am 5 foot 6, 134 pounds and 36DD. Wish I had ordered the xs. 

This is a pretty everyday dress. Nothing fabulous, but great for work.

This easy and simple dress is perfect for work or everyday wear! Running a little on the larger side with such flowy fabric, I recommend wearing your true size and going down for your back-up.  It works best for all cup sizes. I am normally between Sizes 8 & 10 and the Medium fit fine. At 5'6 and a half, the dress falls right at my knees. All in all, pair this with your favorite pair of open toe heels or sandals on a calm and easy day and this dress is perfect to throw on and go!

RTR needs to stock the XXS as XS is too big for people who would typically wear XS. 

Comfortable and flattering with nice cap sleeves and asymmetrical hem. I am generally S/M but this wasn't snug at all. 

Really pretty dress. I wore it to my niece's communion. 

I wore this dress out for dinner with friends. I dressed it up with black pantyhose and booties. It's definitely a little busy (you can't see too well from the photos, but it has some asymmetrical seams). I liked the top of the dress much more than the bottom. It runs REALLY large. I rented the X-Small, and it was still really large. The keyhole was low. I thought about closing it up a bit with a safety pin, but ended up wearing a bralette that was really low and that worked. It has elastic at the waist, so it's very forgiving, but I thought it was still just too large. Still, cute dress that I enjoyed wearing. But I wore it once and then returned it and wouldn't buy it. 

 The dress fit well, but the key hole in the front was way too revealing so I didn’t wear it

This was a great dress perfect for work.

Cute dress! Wore it with a black leather jacket and black leather ankle boots to work. Fits nicely and asymmetric looks makes it special. Got lots of compliments.

Really liked this dress! Typically wear a medium postpartum, so I think the small ran a little bit. Fabric also does not stretch, so I was glad it did run a little big. Fit me perfectly. I paired with a black waist belt and it looked cute with black knee high boots or heeled black booties. Looked great with a leather jacket or faux fur coat. 

I love joie so most of their clothes I am a fan of. Love the cut. Beautifully made and received many compliments. 

Absolutely love this dress that I haven't returned it yet. The print and draping is so beautiful and I feel it works well for super hot days, as well as with tights/booties for cooler nights. Might actually buy this one 

I rented this for a formal tea and the fact that it ran a little big made it a little more casual than I would have liked for the occasion but I liked it and would probably rent it again as a casual day dress

Great dress, agree with other reviews that the cut out is a little large for work (depending on where you work, I suppose).  That being said, I received many compliments and was just careful about when I leaned over.  It does run large, I am a solid 4 (a 6 sometimes on the bottom), rented the cs, and if I were to keep it would have brought the top and bottom in an inch or so and shortened and inch or two.  It was a fun rental and I recommend trying it!

Runs incredibly large. I'm a 4/6 (US) and the Small was very large - especially on my back. I recommend sizing down one full if not two sizes.

That said, I got quite a few compliments at work!

Nothing really stands out for me for this dress except that I didn't need help getting it on LOL but overall it's comfortable for work.

Great fit and very appropriate for work, and could work well for the fall for everyday as well. Love that it's asymmetric hem.

Fit well, but could not wear because of the smell

The fit was comfortable, if not a little big. The dress was lovely and soft and I styled it with a pair of nude suede heels and clutch. I would rent this again. 

I'm usually a 6-8 in dresses and this one fit well in a medium.  It has an elastic waist that makes it forgiving.  It can be worn for different things based on the jacket and shoes paired with it.  I initially thought it was too formal but then it was a great casual go-to-lunch dress and then also a work dress under a tailored navy blazer.

I got this at the flagship store on my way out for the evening. It looked cooler/edgier paired with a leather jacket. The hem is really pretty as is the gathering in the waist and the keyhole neck. It's one of those simple unexciting dresses on the hanger that looks really nice on. I could have used the small but all they had was the medium and with the jacket over it , it worked. But I would order a small next time. 

Very little house on the prairie but also very Woodstock. Cutesy. Pretty.
