Beautiful dress; weird waist?
The dress hung well, the pattern is gorgeous, and I received many compliments. The waist, however, is just weird? There's some smocking in the back which causes some blousing at the top; I added a belt to keep it from looking lumpy. I tried to maintain the 'blousy' look in the front but that caused the buttons to gap (not a fit issue). Certainly not enough to keep me from wearing and enjoying the dress, but if your fit profile is similar to mine, you might want to plan ahead.
