Sooo many compliments!
I am usually a size 4 and based on other reviews that this runs large, I ordered a 4 and a 2. The size 4 was a little longer but also made me look bigger than I am so I ended up wearing the 2! I wore tights and the short length wasn't too big of a deal in my opinion. I guess if I had been bending over or dancing around a lot there might have been some scary moments with my butt showing but overall this dress fit great, was forgiving in the tummy/hips (no spanx neccessary!!) and was perfect for the 1920s themed bachelorette party I attended! So many people stopped me about my dress. It's November in Michigan and I was worried about it being cold but paired with a cute jacket and tights, this dress was a winner :)

Perfect for 1920s themed bachelorette party!
The necklace was beautiful and worked with the dress better than I thought it would for a 1920s themed bachelorette party I attended. It wasn't too heavy or gaudy at all. I wish I owned it!

Wore to a gatsby era wedding and got lots of compliments. I'm usually between a 4 and a 6 and decided to wear the 6 after trying both sizes on. I'm tiny-ish/curvy on bottom and I wore spanx underneath. I loved that I could wear a normal bra In this dress. It was actually one of the most comfortable dresses I've ever worn to a wedding. Super easy to get on and off because of the button shoulder strap. The bottom half is sheer but not see thru. The dress was almost too short in the size 4 but the 6 was just perfect with shorter heels. More of a taupe color than gold. This dress fits beautifully and is super classy. People complimented me all night. The only downside was the inside slip of the dress hung lower than the dress at the bottom and could be seen. The size 4 did not have this problem but the 6 I wore did. My mom pinned it up for me and all was well.
