Be prepared for nonstop compliments ✨
I was an avid RTR girlie about 10 years ago, but took a hiatus. I had a summer formal wedding coming up and I couldn’t find ANYTHING so I returned to my old faithful RTR and it didn’t let me down. This dress was a showstopper. It has no stretch/give so keep that in mind. I got the L just in case and it fit, but the fit of the M was much better so I decided to wear the M. As a heads up for taller girls, it’s not quite tall girl friendly. I’m 5’9”ish and it stopped short of my ankles which I didn’t love, but the dress is gorgeous so I was able to get away with it. All in all, absolutely fabulous dress!

If you're not afraid of a little "extraness" this is definitely the dress for you. Fit true to size, fitted enough not to wear a bra (it's actually too low cut to wear one either way)

Bold & Beautiful
If you're looking to stand out in the crowd, this is your dress! I rented this for my alma mater's annual gala and it was absolutely perfect. I was complimented all night on the stunning color. It runs a bit large--I'm 5'9", ~135 lbs and got the 4L and 2L as a backup, but I ended up wearing the 2L as the 4L was pretty loose.

Perfect dress for semi-formal wedding
This sequin dress gives just enough sparkle and sass. The unique blue flowers are a beautiful accent. The dress ran large for me, I'm typically a 4 but it was a little loose in certain areas. I ordered to 2 to be delivered, but it unfortunately didn't make it in time for the wedding. While the 4 turned out fine, I think the 2 would've been perfect.

1920s Glam
I rented this dress for my "Farewell to my Roaring 20s" 30th birthday party. I loved the dress but it definitely runs large. I am typically a size 4 long (5'9, 135ish lbs) and even the XS long was still a tad large, particularly around the chest area. I would also suggest having some double sided tape on hand for the top--I love the sexy cleavage this dress shows off, but there are def some possibilities for "slips". Overall this dress was great for my theme, sexy and made me stand out in the crowd, but I would've liked it to be a little more form fitting.

Standout Gala dress
Rent the Runway is my go-to for all my formal events, my college alumna gala was no different. I typically wear a size 4 long but had to settle for the 6 regular, but the fit was still great. The extra room in the size lengthened the dress a bit. I got a ton of compliments, and of course will be renting the runway again--already have my order placed for my next event!

Stunning and Sexy
I love Rent the Runway. I was supposed to have a similar dress delivered to the DC store for a wedding, but due to inclement weather delivery was delayed. The DC store was so accommodating, pulling tons of dresses for me to try on. This was the stylist's favorite pick and she was right--it was a winner! It was a great fit/had a great silhouette, but was still appropriate for a wedding.

Absolutely loved this dress! I got so many compliments on how amazing it looked!
I was a little worried because I'm a little on the tall side (5'9) so I was afraid the 4L was going to be a tad short. Therefore, I also got the 6XL. Nonetheless, the 4L fit perfectly, just the right amount of length and I was able to wear about a 4 inch heel and the bottom of the dress still drape the floor. The XL was entirely too long! The bust of the dress was very fitted so keep that in mind, but it was perfect for me. I wish I could keep the dress--it was absolutely AMAZING! The dress was very versatile--awesome for a formal wedding, gala or event. I definitely will be Renting the Runway again--I'm officially a believer :)
