Beautiful color, interesting design, and lots of compliments.
This was a bit much to wear to work- but I did anyway and felt amazing. Also wore on a date. And he loved it.

Classic black dress. Very versatile, classy, and comfortable!
Dressier than anticipated, but I wore it anyway. Multiple times! You can dress it up for a party with heels and jewelry, wear it to work with pumps and pearls, or run errands with sandals and tote. It's a bit long- so if you are petite- keep that in mind.

Jaw dropping. The photo doesn't do it justice. It's short, but totally doable - even for ladies with extra long legs. Great color- it's a deeper red in person.

Super fun design and bright color
Awesome color and design. The fit was a bit loose in the middle but I wore it anyway and felt amazing. The asymmetrical design means it's short (very) on one side, so beware.

Beautiful color, more of a purple than blue. Comfortable and I imagine very flattering. This runs large and I could not wear it. I suggest sizing down. The length is great, but there is a high slit on the side.

Comfortable colorful work option!
I loved this jacket and pant combo from Theory. The fabric is so comfortable, but it did have a bit of pilling on it. Nothing too noticeable. I love RTR Unlimited because provides so many fun alternatives to boring office wear.

Proportions were not flattering for this girl
I loved this dress and was excited to wear it, but unfortunately, it looked so ridiculous on me. I loved how other reviewers looked in it, but it made me look like a circus clown (I have a short torso and long legs). It was a very short and so wide at the bottom. For those that can pull this off, go for it! Beautiful detailing and high quality fabric.

Southern Lady in Red!
Fit is unusually large for Theory in my experience. I wore the dress to work and received many compliments on the unique neckline and color. Very comfortable, but because it was too big I felt awkward in it and could not wear it for the company photo shoot without using a bunch of clips and pins. Great length for taller ladies. Hit just above the knee. Nice quality fabric, but thin -which is a plus for girls living in the South!

Fun power dress
The color is beautiful. A dark indigo- like navy blue and purple mixed together perfectly. Not boring, but not too over the top to draw unnecessary attention. The material is thick and forgiving, but may overwhelm a petite frame. The collar/cape/bow at the neckline - amazing! I received many compliments from complete strangers. The quality is compromised- likely because it has been worn a bit. There were pulls/pilling on the sides of the dress from what I guess was a handbag or maybe even a bracelet catching on the material. The fit was bigger than expected and a smaller size would have been better, but it was too beautiful not to wear even with the baggy pilling. Gorgeous dress.

Pretty print, wrinkles easily.
The fabric wrinkles easily, so if you need to take photos- take them before sitting. I did not need to wear a bra with this dress, but normally a bra is mandatory. The adjustable straps are a plus. Very comfortable and pretty. It may be too long for shorter ladies.

Awkward pocket placement...
If you are tall or have long legs, this probably won't work for you. The color is amazing- cobalt blue, but the fabric is not what I expected. I tried this on at the office and my team got a hearty laugh. The pocket placement is very unusual....

Great colorful work dress!
Took a chance on this colorful dress as I usually stick to black and navy for the office. I paired it with a blush pink Elizabeth and James blazer for client meetings. Fits like a typical sheath dress, but the colors prompted many compliments from co-workers. Good length for work (hit above the knee); might be too long for shorter ladies.

Loved wearing this to work!
Rented to switch up my work wear and loved wearing this piece. The dress is true to size and a respectable length for the office without looking matronly. The white silk collar and bow provide a fun, feminine touch. I loved wearing this dress and felt very comfortable in it. Well made, beautiful print.
