The colors of this jacket were more grey blue and muted than I anticipated. It has a good weight to it and love that it has functional pockets! Felt very professional in this beauty. 

I mixed and matched these pieces throughout the week. This suit is versatile, fun, fitted, comfortable, and a beautiful blue. 

Perfect length for my height.  Didn't drown me like so many blazers. Loved the color. 

Quality material, flattering fit. Loved that the blazer was well structured and didn’t make me feel too bulky.

I wore it for work and loved being in it all day. The material feels rich and easy to move. 

Great thick material but not stiff, comfortable and stretches but not in a cheap way, fun color, just perfect all day. Wrinkled quite a bit in my suitcase but I loved wearing it so it’s all good. Try to keep it hung up in a garment bag.

I really like the color of this blazer and the fit is pretty good too. Works well for petite. Sleeves were not too long and shoulders were appropriate. I wore this both with the matching pants and with black pants and black top underneath. Great work blazer

Absolutely loved this, it felt perfect for standing out in the interview process but also be professional. Look good, feel good, play good!! The interview was virtual but this was perfect to make me feel fashionable yet work ready

Wore alone with jeans  and also with matching pants. Great fit, loved the fabric and the pretty shade of blue! 


Love this combo. Comfy and structured. The cozy feel of a lounge outfit and the tailored look of a structured suit. What more could a long day in the office ask for? Loved this suit. Only downside was the material was bunching a bit. 

Wore this for a work trip and a funeral in the same week. The pieces together were incredible. So comfortable and a beautiful color

Rented pants to match. Perfect length of sleeves and well constructed. Pretty blue color. 

I'm fairly certain RTR got five new subscribers from me wearing this suit (rent with the pants)!  I got so many compliments and it fit perfectly on me. Stretchy, comfy fabric. Gorgeous color and perfect to wear all day. Wanted to keep it! 

Note, I have very large shoulders and I can't rent just any blazer, so this was perfect for me. 

Has a little stretch so it's forgiving.  Fantastic color. Not for hot weather. 

Great blazer that's comfortable to wear all day long. Thicker material but great color and has some stretch in it that makes it comfortable to wear! 

Loved this! First off, Theory just generally makes well made quality items. Fabric was lined but still light weight enough for summer. Theory normally runs small, so I'm a 6/8 and would always do an 8 but RTR only had the 6 available. It fit but was a little snug in the shoulders and probably would have looked ill fitting if I had buttoned it. Wore with the matching pants, and a white shirt, brown belt & tan wedges. 

This is a great color and great fit. It’s firm fitting and adds a pop of color to any outfit. Can be dressed up or down. 

I loved this blazer so much I purchased it and the matching pants! The fabric is great and the blazer is the perfect length !

I rented this for work and it was (almost) perfect. Great color for spring, heavy enough to wear in cooler weather and very tailored-looking. My only issue was that the sleeves were a bit short, but that is not unusual for me. Would rent again.

Wore this blazer with the matching pants to officiate my cousins wedding. Loved the fit and color. I received so many compliments and would definitely rent it again!

I wore this blazer with the matching pants. Very comfortable and fit perfectly like it was tailored. 

Loved everything about this except that it was too narrow in my shoulders.  I have some blazers in a 4 and got a 6 and it was too small to wear.  

Loved this blazer! The whole suit was excellent and I wore it for a job interview. It was definitely on the smaller side though, which was strange because the pants ran large.

This jacket was not a very flattering . I did not care for the fabric and it didn't seem to be very good quality.

Lovely powder blue color, paired with RTR Ralph Lauren dress. Classic fit with great sized pockets. Gives a nice upgrade to any outfit. 

I have short legs and these pant still fit like a dream.

I rented this with the matching pants and got so many compliments I decided to buy it. The jacket runs small, hence the "shrunken" name. I went up a size to rent, but am buying it in my regular size. The color and texture are unique and flattering.
