The fabric and colors of this dress were just gorgeous and perfect for an unseasonably warm winter day in NYC. I rented a 4 and it was pretty big but it worked once I tied the belt around my waist. I would size down next time. Loved it!

I just loved this dress for work and everyday-wear in the hot NYC summer. The silk is feather-light and the v-collar and buttons are reminiscent of a vintage dress. The dress does run large so size down! I'm usually a 4 and went down to a 2 but felt that there was still a bit too much fabric in the stomach area (it's fine once you cinch the tie at the waist). Definitely ordering this again!

This dress didn’t quite hit the mark for me. There was too much fabric in the skirt and it was very loose in the stomach, waist and hips, despite fitting up top. I tried belting it to give my figure some shape but it looked homely. I love shift dresses with collars but this one just wasn’t super flattering. Quality fabric though, as I’ve come to expect from all RTR pieces.

I’m obsessed with polka dots so of course I had to try this dress. I usually steer clear of maxi dresses because I’m short but this one didn’t swamp me like some do, thanks to its wrap-style which cinches in the waist. The crinkle crepe fabric and bell sleeves on this dress are lovely and I really wanted it to work but I just felt silly wearing it all day. I wore it with gold colored fishnet-esque tights and high heeled brown leather lace up boots. Looked great from the waist down but the high collar and shape made my shoulders look like a line-backer's! I think if you were very petite it would look good. Oh well!

I'm usually a size 4 but I should have sized down to a 2 on these pants - they sat very low on my hips whereas they should sit on the waist. And they were a bit baggy in the hips which just won't do for wide leg trousers. They're also LONG but that could at least be remedied with fashion tape. I'm 5'5" and they wouldn't even work with heels. But the fabric is beautiful and they're the cutest pants - wish I could have worn them!

This is why I love RTR - if I was shopping in-store, I’d easily walk past this blouse without a second thought. Even when it arrived, I was uncertain how it would look on but the fit was excellent, the fabric felt cool and SO comfortable, and the ribbon at the neck made it unique.... definitely check your garment bag for the little pouch that contains the ribbon - otherwise it will just be another basic button down!

I was hesitant to rent these pants given that high-waist, loose fit, crop length with a tie detail in front could VERY easily go wrong... fortunately, these went SO right! I’m usually a size 4-6/M in pants but I sized down to a Small and they fit perfectly. I’m a 28” waist, 36” hips and 30” inseam if that helps for sizing. I absolutely LOVED this Erin Fetherston dress! The perfect mix of preppy and charming - two adjectives I’d never use to describe my personal style but hey, this one worked for me! Definitely go a size up if you’re busty or have a wide rib cage and broad shoulders like me. I originally ordered a 4 and it was too tight to zip but the 6 fit perfectly. A great shift dress that can be dressed up or down. I wore it to work with tights, flat knee-high boots and a blazer. Fabric felt great and the pattern is lovely. I’m usually wary of A-line skirts, as I find they accentuate my hips and short-ish legs in an unflattering light. But this skirt worked due to it being black, not too flared and the subtle sparkles. The 4 fit me perfectly at the waist (I’m 27” waist). I’d say if you have a tummy, it might not be the most flattering. I paired this dress with black opaque tights, black suede booties, and a black Theory blazer for work. It was a put together look with a touch of flirtatious fun! As other reviews mentioned, the dress is a bit tight around the waist but nothing uncomfortable and certainly no tighter than the waistband on a pair of tights. It's also a little short - fine for 5'5" me with the tights on but I'd feel slightly exposed without the tights.
