I like this dress, but there were some downsides. The material is unforgiving and does not provide and stretch or movement. So the dress felt small. It was also pretty short so I found myself pulling it down. Also because the dress was very stiff arm movement caused the dress to to become even shorter. Overall it was super cute, so I may try renting again but sizing up to see if that helps. 

Very cute and true to size. I'm 5'9 so this was a littttle on the shorter side for me but I just had to be very careful bending down. The material is nice and thick, even to the point where I went without a bra and it wasn't noticeable. Definitely more fitted around the chest.

I thought it was very beautiful, but short. It has a definitely A-line, too which is very child-like. 

The fabric on this dress the white lace  over black lining makes it very classy and fancy.  The cut is perfect. I'm very built on top from cross fit so it was a little snug on the shoulders but otherwise great fit. I loved it. I would rent tit again 

Heeded the warnings of others and sized up.  Dress is beautiful, love the collar.

I rented this for my 14 year old to wear to church. She looked awesome and it was very comfy and appropriate. The 4 fit bit was a little snug around the chest so we got the 6. 

LOVED this dress. It was so cute and classy. I love the collar look, it's preppy and sophisticated but fun all at the same time. I received so many compliments on this as I think it's not a look you see very often. The fit is true to size, I'm 5'9 and the length was just right, maybe a little short for some but fine by my standards. Would definitely recommend and buy if it was a little cheaper!

I'm usually a 4 and got the 4 - fit great but was slightly on the tighter side.  Overall cute work dress that is good quality!

Such a cute dress! Wore it to my pinning ceremony. The dress fit perfectly everywhere besides the length. Very very short I could not take my lab coat off or else if I bent down I would've showed everyone my panties 

I absolutely LOVED this Erin Fetherston dress! The perfect mix of preppy and charming - two adjectives I’d never use to describe my personal style but hey, this one worked for me! Definitely go a size up if you’re busty or have a wide rib cage and broad shoulders like me. I originally ordered a 4 and it was too tight to zip but the 6 fit perfectly. Will be ordering this style again soon!

The cut of the dress is very flattering and I feel it would look good on a variety of body types. The material appears structured in pictures but is actually pretty stretchy, making it very comfortable. That being said, I am very short (4'10") and the dress was above the knee on me, so, beware if you're tall and planned to wear this to the office! Overall I love the dress so much I'm not sure I want to send it back! 

This dress was darling and I received lots of compliments, but it would have been too short for work without tights. With tights it was fine! The collar was pretty wrinkled when I got it but I just used my straightener to iron out the kinks. Easy!

I DIE! This dress is completely adorable. It runs small so size UP! So many compliments on this dress. It hugs all the right places and is completely functional for work, a date, or a baby shower. Love this dress!

This was a really cute dress, but I didn't wear it because it was a back up.  I could get away with wearing the 2, but if I were to rent again I would probably get the 4 to have more room in the shoulder/chest area, and to be more work appropriate.

Super cute, lots of compliments. Great for work and it's not too short! Only complaint is that there are no pockets. 

First time wearing something from RTR! This dress is cute, not fussy--just what I was looking for in a work outfit. I probably should have ironed down the collar; it keeps curling up. 

The fit was comfortable but snug through bust (36D). It was on the short side (I'm 5'9"+) so I wore flats. The material is great and heavy enough that it stays in place. In great condition and got lots of compliments from ladies at work/gym. 

I think this dress is very pretty, but underwhelming.  Wish I had ordered a larger size, since my bust barely fit. The collar needed to be adjusted all day since it was crinkled. 

I didn't wear this as it wasn't quite my style, but the 2 fit well and it was comfortable and well made.

I loved this dress, it's so cute with the prim little collar. I wore it to work with black leggings and booties to add a little edge. I would say it runs just a tad on the small side. I typically wear a 4, sometimes a 6 and the 6 in this dress fit perfectly.

This dress is adorable! It is very tight in bust, so size up for sure. I got so many compliments on this dress. I'm tempted to buy it. 

Fit well in bust, but was shorter than I normally would wear to work.  But the conservative collar made it appropriate nonetheless.  Lace overlay is really beautiful.

I LOVED this dress! It fit me perfectly and was just the right length. It was made of a thicker material which was comfortable. The collar arrived a little wrinkled, but I was able to steam it out easily. Would definitely rent again!

Wore this to brunch with my mom and then out to dinner with my husband.  Got lots of compliments.  Felt girly feminine with the lace.  Not too short for us tall gals, and a nice casual summer dress.   I felt comfortable walking around the city in it during a hot summer day.  A great little dress!

This dress is a winner! It is a perfect dress for work followed by a night at the theatre! The fit is great though a bit short. I cannot recommend this dress enough! 


The dress felt like it was custom tailored for me. Pictures do not do this dress justice. It looks even better in person. This is a classy, sophisticated , adorable dress that can be worn for many different occasions. I wish I could own it! You will not be disappointed.
