This dress is cute and it is lined, but it was a bit too tight on my hips/bum to be flattering. If your stomach is pretty flat you'll be fine! Would be cute for memorial day or 4th of july - very light.

Was actually surprised how much I liked this dress! It fit great and was very flattering. Got a lot of compliments. Its a lot better looking in person and its a nice thick linen style material. I would rent again. The shoulders fell off a little bit but it wasn't too bad.

This dress is beautiful but it wasn't very flattering on. It fit fine but something about the cut added weight to me so I didn't end up wearing it. It might be better for someone who is taller. I would have liked the top part to be a bit more tailored at the waist.

Wore to a chillly outdoor wedding. It fit like a bomber so it is not tailored and the arms have a lot of room. So I would say true to size but its roomy, like a bomber jacket.

Easy, comfortable dress that looks good. Great for warm days as its very light and airy. I wore it both on Easter and to work. Fit was as expected, make sure to fasten the little hook at the waist, it helps cinch it better and look more flattering.

This dress is gorgeous in person, I love the beadword on the front and the thinckness of the fabric. I was a bit worried it would be too warm for a southern wedding (even though it was Oct 31st, it was pretty warm) but it was definitely doable. I was 21 weeks/5 mo pregnant for the wedding and went off bumb friendly options to find this dress. I was worried about my hips and lower 1/2 fitting ok in this dress and mine are larger to begin with and bigger given the pregnancy, but it fit great. It also is tight so it held the bump really well and had more of the "celebrity bump" look vs "hiding the bump" look. I typically wear a 4 in a dress and went with the 8R. I wore 2.5 - 3in heels and the length was perfect. I will be adding a photo when the wedding pics come back.

This fit very true to size and was perfect for my bridal shower. We had a southern pastel theme in December and this was great for that b/c its a very thick material. One thing to note, its not as stark white as in the picture makes it look. The gold stripes stand out more than you'd think. I loved that b/c i am a red head and fairly pale so this was a great color. I can wear between a 2 and 4 in dresses of this cut (tight on top and flair out at the hip) The 4 worked out better for my chest.

I got compliments all night wearing this number for a black tie wedding. The other reviewers are right about the thick jersey material laying very nice and fitting well. The V is very deep, but classy with fashion tape. Lots and lots of fashion tape :) I typically wear a 4 in dresses (6 in pants), I ordered both the 36L and the 38R after reading about the length. I am 5'3 and ended up wearing the 36L b/c it fit better, but I still could have gotten away with the R over the L and I was wearing 3 inch heels. If you have an excuse to wear this dress I'd say go for it, b/c its not every day you get to feel so sexy!

This dress is very pretty, but the size 4 was pretty worn. The inside was dingy and discolored and the metal thread was coming out. This was my back up style and actually fit a bit better but I didn't wear it because of the wear. MIght want to just ask a stylist about your size.
