Definitely size up (w Alexis in general). I wore this first for a work event w a Jean jacket & then to church and brunch on Mother's Day. Got lots of compliments both times I wore!

Sized up because the XS wasn't available so dress was a bit roomy, but wow is that fabric just stunning! So gorgeous, would definitely rent again.

I usually wear a 6-8 but did  fit a large in this dress. I have a larger chest (DD) and small waist. The dress fit very femininely. I like the cut outs but defiantly would feel comfortable wearing this around my grandmother. So sweet and easy to wear and you can eat as much as you like!

This dress fit very well. I'm a size 4-6 (bigger in the hips) so I wanted a dress that fit through the waist and then was loose. This dress had body to it through the skirt and as soon as I put it on all I wanted to do was twirl around in it. The neck came up about an inch but wasn't too tight where I noticed it much. 

I wore this to an outdoor wedding in June on the eastern shore of Virginia. It was hot outside but this dress was still breathable and comfortable. I loved the see through parts on the top which I think also helped me stay cool in the sun. On the bright side, this fabric doesn't really wrinkle which is great. I hate sitting at a wedding (especially if you're sweating) only to stand up and see creases and wrinkles all over your dress. 



The unique colors of the lace on this dress are so pretty in person, and the fabric is a good weight. It's the perfect length and fit! 

Fit perfectly! A little long on me, but that was expected and also appropriate for the wedding venue. The colors are so fun and the material is comfy... awesome dress!!

Dress was true to size. I am bigger in the hips but have small arms and waist. M was the perfect size! Got so many compliments. Lace detail is beautiful and flows nicely! Would highly recommend. 

The dress fit absolutely great. It was a little hard to zip up, especially on your own. Other than that everything was great. The lace, the colors, everything was wonderful. 

Such a pretty and feminine dress, I really enjoyed wearing it and received many compliments. It definitely stood out at a boring work event.... it is not the most flattering cut, as the lace is fairly thick around the waist. It is sheer below the bust, I wore a nude slip underneath which worked fine. Length is work appropriate. Overall a really nice dress, probably wouldn't rent again, but very happy I was able to my Unlimited.

Love the details! Such a great color. Perfect for the baby shower I hosted. The lace was gorgeous and not too hot. I am usually a size 4, 32D and I went for the small even though the size chart said that 4-6 was a medium and I am often a medium in this brand. Any bigger though and I would size up. Also I did not wear a bra so that is something else to consider. One of my favorite rentals!!!!!

Got this piece as an addition for my vacation. I loved it so much I wore it twice in a row & purchased it! Received lots of compliments. I went a size up from my usual S only because the zipper wouldn't close due to the layers of lace. Wasn't a huge issue for me. 

Fit snug and complimentary.  Had to wear a cami under as it was see through under the breast.   Very well made and a zillion compliments 

if the coloring matches your natural palette this is the most darling dress!

This dress is amazing. I felt as though i was spring. It's like putting warmth and sunshine and nice weather into a dress. The colors are even more beautiful in person. 

One of the most adorable dresses ive ever rented. It was perfect for the Museum of Ice Cream. The colors definitely stand out, and the lace wasn't itchy. I would definitely rent again!

This isn't a dress I would have ever purchased due to the bright color blocking - but it was so fun to wear for one night! I received loads of compliments, and with every time I rent from RTR, I told people about the service. It was great for a flat-chested gal like me, I didn't have to wear a bra and there wasn't saggy material in the chest area. It was a little shorter than I thought it would be, but I still liked it a lot! Very fun!

I had to wear my backup size because the xs wasn't in the best condition, but it worked out fine. The small was comfy and a little looser than I would have normally preferred, but I got a lot of compliments and the dress was very fun. 

Loved this dress and I ended up wearing a nude tank underneath because my breasts were showing. There is a sheer section and if you have a large bust, your breast or your bra will show. But  with the nude tank it worked out great for a work dinner

I wore this dress for the niece's first birthday party. It was perfect for a mild summer day, was the perfect length for a family gathering, and the colors were perfectly soft and subtle, yet bright and beautiful for a low-key event. I got many compliments, even from strangers in the street. I never felt like the lace was too delicate or was going to catch on things. If I rented this again, I'd make sure to wear it with a nude strapless bra, as my black strapless kept slipping down and showing in the bare midsection. It was slightly tight in my shoulders and started to chafe my arms after wearing it all day, but it was so beautiful I would endure that again. My boyfriend, who rarely comments on my clothing, said he wishes I could keep this dress because he liked it so much!

Wore this for a mountain wedding and it was the perfect dress. It felt fun, unique and feminine 

This dress fit wonderfully! I ended up wearing it for brunch and to go shopping for my birthday. Everywhere I went, I got compliments from absolute strangers. I felt beautiful and stylish wearing this dress. My guy also got a kick out of all the people looking and asking where I bought it. :)

This dress is very well made - it has a bandeau nude piece to cover the girls and I found I could go without a bra and use fashion tape to hold the bandeau in place. It has a skirt that is a bit of a ballerina style that just makes you want to dance or move around. I love this rental and would highly recommend this dress for a fun flirty look. 

I wore this dress to my daughter' s kindergarten graduation and for a work interview breakfast. Comfortable, no need for bra, hemline shirt enough to wear flat sandals (good for petite)

Maybe my favorite rental to date. So unique. People complimented all night long. Bust area is good with or without a bra- I went with a strapless. So flowy and not tight at all. This was my backup and so glad it worked out this way! 

It fit true to size I had some trouble with the zipper getting up but with my husbands help we got it to work and and other  issues that I had is since I'm a 34 ddd the transparency under the bra line was a little uncomfortable for me but I wore a high waisted spanx shorts in color nude and got that cover I think for someone with smaller boobs will work perfectly but I will definitely rent this dress again 

This dresses reminds me of something I'd find at anthropology but with better quality. I ordered a small and med and ended up wearing the small Very comfortable and I received many compliments. The shades are unique and the dress itself is unforgettable. It's one of the many reasons I love RTR. It lets me wear a dress I love but perhaps wouldn't buy. It's a conservative dress with a bit sexiness with the lace. I wore it to a bridal shower and it was perfect! 

The dress was a little snug to put on- this fabric has little to no give- but once it was zipped up it fit perfectly. There is so much more detail on this dress than can be seen online. Very highly complimented dress and would rent again

Loved this dress! Got to DC and went to the Georgetown RTR store first things Saturday morning. How fun to try on all my "heart" dresses in person! Went with this dress...super comfortable and no bra necessary! This pic has a filter on it (duh!) and the colors are definitely more muted than I'd like but otherwise it's great!

I could picture myself attending a tea party or fancy brunch in this adorable dress.  I have a 34D bust, so I did find that the only place this ran tight was my chest, so I would size up for backup.  I would recommend wearing a strapless bra with this as well due to the see through lace at the top of the dress.  This would be so cute with nude wedges and neutral colored bag for a daytime event.

This dress was very unique.  I got lots of attention.  The perfect length for work, or a casual day party or wedding. 

Great for a guest of a wedding.  The colors and fit & flare were great and would compliment many body types.  The dress is partially lined so there is some skin showing in the waist area, but was very modest.

Dress is well made with heavy fabric. It's very comfortable to wear for all occasions. True to size, perfect length. 

Lovely muted spring colors. Flirty and fun to wear. I happened to have the perfect lace bralette to wear underneath but some people will definitely find the bandeau-only lining on top awkward. 

I loved this dress. I received many compliments and it was comfortable to wear. One "con" of this dress: I don't know if it was the just the material of the skirt or the stiff rickrack type embellishment near the hips, but this dress did make me look a little wider than I am. I loved the dress so much that I didn't worry about it too much and it didn't bother me throughout the night, but it is something to note if that's something you try to avoid!

So excited to wear this dress! It fits a little tight but the large I tried and for way too loose so I guess I'm between sizes. I loved the flirty and fun feel to it. As my sister said it's very country chic! 

Loved this dress!   The midriff showing was a bit limiting in where this dress could be worn.  Zipper was hard to move but lace was beautiful

This dress was a nice fit and flare with cute lace detail. I wished the colors popped a little more - they were dull and didn't photograph well. The back is open lace - I had a weird splotchy sunburn on my back the next day from not sunscreening before I put on the dress!

This dress was great, a true work of art! The lace did look frayed in some areas, but beautiful overall!

Wore to a cocktail class with girlfriends and then a date night. Got lots of compliments. Very cute and girly. The fit was pretty good, a little loose in my waist and a little long on me, but the lining is shorter underneath so I think that helped. 

Loved the dress but I did have a hard time with the zipper. It took two people and 5 minutes to zip despite the fit being fine. Once it was zipped was a flattering and comfortable dress!

Wore this for my sons graduation and it was a huge hit! Length was perfectly justly above knee ( I'm 5'4"), lined so no itchiness like many other lace dresses and colors are unique and fashion forward .
