Expands as you wear it
It starts off fitted but since it is linen it has an expanding quality where you will be swimming in it by the day's end depending on how much you are moving. The straps are already oversized if you are wearing a large like I was. Perhaps this is to accommodate longer torsos. This was annoying but not bothersome like I thought. All went well either way although anyone looking for a fitted dress will not like this one. It was ok with me as I don't like fitted, tight dresses but if you want curves emphasized this will not be for you. Lovely picture.

Simple and chic
The shape is so interesting I could not wait to get this shipped to me to wear all month long with all of my outfits. The reality was very different. The simple nature of it quickly wore off and instead I found myself trying to make this more interesting but was unable to. First, mid range between a tote and small bag, lost in bag limbo. Fit everything yet everything visible because of the open basket concept. Threw everything in and love that. Still trying to decide how I feel about it.

Pretty dress
On it is great and sporty. It has it's angles. Did not photograph well but it looks better in person. The oversize nature is forgiving and relaxed. Detailing is up to part with what one considers designer and the buttons and stitching are great. After reading the reviews I ordered a much smaller one. Very weird effect on the overall shape but not overbearing. Interesting dress that got compliments.

I ordered one size down and it was still pretty roomy. The chest area opened at times since I cinched it in the back, something to watch out for. The cuffs are big and the sleeves long, I think you're supposed to fold them over as the model is wearing it. This unnerved a lady close to me and she folded them another time to hide the cuff. This made it look different, still very roomy and big because the shape is huge so no amount of folding the cuffs will fix this. I would get it tailored if it was mine. The fabric was eye-catching and got compliments but I was not entirely impressed by the quality of it.
