The fit of the dress ruches in a flattering way to accentuate your waist and I love how it shows off your shoulder on one side (hard to see with my leather jacket). I wore this shopping in the neighborhood. Loved the contrast with a slightly oversized jacket
the cut is a bit different but i really liked it
The perfect day to night dress!
Great fall dress. Wore for work, work dinner and at a conference with both boots and sneakers. Fabric wrinkles a bit in suitcase, but they come out easy with light iron and didn’t get wrinkles while wearing. Great rental! Easy to add jacket or blazer for cooler weather.
So happy I got to rent this one it was the perfect fall dress, a little ‘90s grunge but great lines. Loved!
This dress has a really cool and unique silhouette that definitely makes it stand out. While the lack of stretch makes it a bit of a struggle to get into, once it's on, it's worth it. The colors are also perfect for fall!
Dress is a wonderful, thin 100% cotton so there is no give. Doesn't drape elegantly when too fitted. PERFECT fall dress for when the weather is still warm. Each time I've worn it, I've received multiple compliments. Give the dress and a slightly relaxed fit a chance!
Loved the plaid print fabric, warmth, and coziness of this chicly tailored and fitted dress-received the nicest compliments at our Overlake Alumni Hoot N’ Putt mini golf event! Looks gorgeous both standing and sitting-perfect for dynamic disabilities and for Day to Night. Only reason for a lower star rating; Loved the fabric print, colors, and fit, but the overall look, even with steaming and ironing, ending up looking a bit more casual than its photo. Still looks stunning and perfect for a casual work party like Alumni Golf, but something to be aware of for business casual. A Must Rent for Fall! ❤️🫶🏼🍁
I’m usually between a 4 and a 6. The 6 was a little big but totally wearable. I wouldn't but the dress but it was fun to wear once
I truly loved this dress but it’s a bit strange with the knot. I felt great in it but when I took pictures it wasn’t as becoming as I pictured in my minds eye.
Got it! Here’s a polished four-star review based on what you shared: The dress fits well and the quality seems nice. I’m just not completely sure how I feel about it—the colors don’t seem to suit me as much as I hoped. That’s more about my personal preference than the dress itself, so I took off one star. Overall, it is still a nice dress.
Odd shape and angles. Slit you high up
Isabel Marant this message is for you and you only. What’s going on here with the fabric girl? I felt like I was transported back to vacation Bible school when we would dress up as mary and Joseph and wear tunics with frayed edges that may or may not have been potato sacks. The little “tie” on the shoulder was really just the icing on the cake. Maybe just stick to making sweatshirts for awhile.
This dress looked promising online, but it looked really dumpy and cheap on, in my opinion. It has a lining, but not a sleek, smoothing one. Just another layer to keep it from being transparent. It buckled along the zipper on the side and the arm holes were massive. I’m sure this would look good on someone tall and statuesque, but not a great option for a petite, curvy girl.
Loved the color palette, the design and even the unexpectedly soft fabric but the fit was all wrong on me. I’m petite and curvy, so maybe not the ideal body type for this dress. IMO the fabric is too thin & soft which wouldn’t allow the right side seam with the zipper to lie flat. Maybe it’s better suited to someone with more of a thin or athletic build.
loved this rental. Wore it to several events and got tons of compliments. Add a belt.
I liked how it was funky and the color was great for fall.
My friends were all in love with this dress. Styling is key. It's the perfect fall dress!
Wish I could have bought it. So flattering and perfect.
It was the perfect dress for an evening out
I did not expect to like this dress when I saw it on the hanger the fray seemed strange at first. It was so flattering and fun. I loved the asymmetrical sleeves. I wore it with over-the-knee black suede boots, gold bangles and hoops.
Wore this for a formal work event and was so comfortable. Such a great transitional season dress
Love love love this dress! I wore it a few times. It is quite warm so if you’re in warmer climate definitely take that in to consideration
SO luxe and flattering. Got so many compliments

The only reason it's not a 5 star is because it was a tiny loose on me but not enough to look big or have size down. The cut was so unique, it didn't look like just another of all plaid dress.
Amazing fall dress and can be dressed up or down. The slit on the skirt part is a little high which is a bummer as this would be great for work with a jacket with no slit. I wore for a date night and got lots of compliments. It is more casual than looks in the photos because it’s made of flannel material.
I wore this with a neutral oversized blazer and wide to-the-knee western boot. It was very cute. The placement of the side zipper was on the seam with pleats so it added extra bulk. The zipper was also very wavy which is surprising for a $700 dress. I wore blazer while walking around and only while sitting I could take it off. Overall it was good.
I see what some of the reviews are saying. This dress does dream big and is probably best for taller people. I love the fabric and pattern. I wore it to a fall gala.
I so wanted to love this dress. I could not wait to rent it; I sized up based on the reviews so it would hang properly - which it did. But even with that, for lack of a better description, it felt like a Flintstone dress. Just a resounding NO. I even tried to style it with over the knee black boots and a thick black chain belt (hoping to create a rocker/90s look). Sadly then it just looked “rocker Flintstone” to me, which was comical but not at all the look I was going for. I’d say just pass on this one.
Loved the look of this, but the material felt way too thin / sparse sadly. and it was slightly large in the shoulder. great vision, poor execution
The slit felt insanely high and my butt made it really wide
I wanted to love this. The top is gorgeous and the waist fit perfectly. Actually works on my hourglass figure and the weight of the cotton fabric is absolutely perfect for early fall/late summer. But the slit is too high for daytime and for work/professional events. And the RTR tag is sewn in where you can see it when you walk. And the zipper is a little funky. I wore it on camera for work but can’t wear it out.
Thought it would be chic but looked like I tried to make a pirate costume out of a tablecloth. Could not wear this.
