Nice light material, flattering fit and very work appropriate
This was a nice dress, but beware -- it wrinkles a lot throughout the day and attracts lint.

Recommend sizing up if you have a larger chest, since the material and cut are form fitting on top.

I'm glad I read the other reviews and ordered the larger size for this dress. A smaller size would have definitely been too tight in the chest.

Nice material and pattern, but a fit that won't work on all body types.
Nice print and a nice lightweight material for a warmer office environment. The cut is very boxy and big in the shoulders with padding. So if you have narrow shoulders (like me) you might feel like you are playing dress up in you dad's suit jacket.

A lot of compliments on this dress.
Fit is definitely very boxy, so you might want to size down if you are trying to decide between two sizes. I went with the medium but the small probably would have fit better.

A nice fall dress to pair with tights and booties.
Great fall dress. For hour glass shapes, if you want it to have a boxier fit all over, I suggest sizing up. Going with my normal size meant that the chest and arms were a little tight, the middle was baggy, and the hips were more fitted than I would have wanted around the pockets.

Fits tight across bust -- not a good dress for hourglass figures since it will most likely be too big at the waist if it fits at the bust.
