The dress fit perfectly, although it was very long! I was in 4" heels and I had to gather it up when I walked to avoid tripping. Even with that though, I'm still glad I rented it. It's even prettier in person, as the metallic shimmer stands out more... After having a baby, my "girls" aren't quite as perky as they used to be, but I didn't wear a bra, and the dress kept everything secure. The top is very fitted; no give to the fabric, but even with a broader chest (38 C/D) I fit nicely. The full skirt offers tons of room to dance and move comfortably. I would highly recommend!

I wore this dress to a fancy women's luncheon and received a ton of compliments! From the front it's totally prim and proper, and the open back with the bow adds just enough sass to make it youthful. I've seen a lot of reviews that it fit large in the chest. For me, I found the top half to be too long if anything, but because it fit very snug on the waist, I wasn't able to tug the dress down lower on my hips to remove the extra fabric. For that same reason, if your lower back is one of your problem areas, I'd size up for your backup so you have a little extra room to move.

This is a dress that I rented for my Matron of Honor for my wedding. Sarah is 5'7" and lean (size 4-6). She opted for the 6 for two reasons: with heels, the 4 was borderline too short, and her ribcage, which is a bit wider, was more comfortable in the 6. Overall, the dress was perfect! The should straps aren't structured, so you have a lot of options for how you can wear them: off the shoulder as seen in the photo, one solid strap on top of the shoulder, or both straps on the side of the arm. Just be sure to use fashion tape to hold whatever style you are going for in place! The wedding took place in early November in AZ, and the temperatures were in the high 60's/low 70's. The dress is a thinner material, but with a few space heaters, a jacket wasn't necessary... Sarah said the dress was VERY comfortable... The colors are most accurate in the model photo—very vivid. I received so many compliments on the dress and would recommend it for any occasion you deem it appropriate!

Unfortunately, I was not able to wear this dress because it was abnormally tight in the chest area. I was able to zip it with the help of a friend, but it was way too tight and uncomfortable to consider wearing all night. The top is really beautiful, but the fabric on the bottom half wasn't quite what I expected. To me, it looked like a thick polyester suit from the 70's than an elegant and feminine. If you decide to rent this dress, be sure to size up, and that the heavy fabric won't be too warm for your occasion.

I don't have a photo because I didn't wear the dress : ( I ordered my typical size 6, but it was so tight in the chest area that I couldn't even begin to zip it up. In addition to the fit, the dress was extremely long—even in 5" heels the dress dragged on the floor. I tried my backup 8, which I was able to zip around the chest, but since the rest of the dress was too big, and the length was even more of an issue, I couldn't wear it either... I would suggest getting a short length if you are shorter like I am (5'4"), and sizing up.

I really have no complaints about this necklace. It was beautiful, sparkly, not too heavy and stayed in place all night long. It wasn't quite the statement piece I was looking for, but I rented last minute, so it was my best option.

The stylist picked the perfect earrings to match my dress and the theme of the occasion—Old Hollywood. The earrings were heavy, but clip-on, so they weren't too uncomfortable. As with any clip-ons, I just adjusted their position a few times during the evening to give my 'lobes a break. They were very unique, large enough to stand out. A slight bit of tarnish on the gold areas, but nothing that was noticeable from any distance.

I have a torn lobe, so I'm very limited to what accessories I can wear. I rented these for an Old Hollywood-themed holiday party and they were perfect! They were heavy, so I adjusted the clips a few times to give my ears relief, but overall comfortable enough for the long haul. There was the slightest bit of tarnish on the gold parts, but nothing noticeable unless you were examining them. This was my first time doing the Stylist Surprise and she picked the perfect accessory!!!

I was in love with this dress, but concerned that the length would be way too long since the model is much taller than I. The dress length was perfect though, and the silhouette was extremely flattering! I wore shaping undergarments for a little extra help, but there is more than enough give to the fabric that you wouldn't necessarily need it... The quality of crafts(wo)man ship was superb. The sequins were shimmery buy not shiny, which is a bonus in my book. I received compliments all night : )

I ordered a 6 and an 8. The 6 ran rib-crushingly small in the waist, and while the 8 was comfy in the waist, there was a ton of extra fabric in the belly area, which was unflattering. So, comfort, or flattering??? I went flattering, and took off the dress the moment dinner was over... The dress wasn't nearly as shimmery in the evening light, and the length was a bit matronly on my shorter 5'4" frame. I felt more like a politician's wife than a not date : ( I still love you though, RTR!

These earrings are definitely a statement. The are big and bold and... heavy. By the end of the night my earlobes were a bit sore from the clips, but I would rent them again because they were beautiful.

The color and fit of this dress was extremely flattering. I rented a medium, which fit well, but I wish it had been just a tiny bit more snug (the small would have been too small, even with spanx). I went braless, and had no issues, as the support in the chest area was great. It was breathable, easy to move in, and stayed in place. I would definitely rent this dress again!

I wore my standard 6, but it wasn't quite as forgiving due to the stiff material. It fit snugly, but well, in all areas except for the chest. I had to get help with the final few inches of the zipper, but once I was "strapped in" it was all good. The chest was more comfortable in the 8, but it was way too large everywhere else... If you have a C cup or larger, I would suggest sizing up for your backup size, foregoing the bra, and avoiding sodium : ) All in all, I was still 99% happy, received plenty of compliments and felt gorgeous!

My only complaint would be that there was a little extra material in the right hip area, which I had to tack with garment tape to avoid looking lopsided. All in all though, a great, true fit. This dress was absolutely perfect. It fit true to size, the rouching in both the front and back hid any imperfections, and the subtle train in the back was an elegant touch. The cut of the neckline is great for larger busts, but would also work well for smaller busts. The overall color was somewhere in between gold and bronze, which I think is much more elegant than your typical gold dress. Just enough sequins to create amazing sparkle, but not so many that the dress was heavy. I wore 4 1/2" heels on my 5'3" frame and the length was perfect.
