This is an easy winter work dress. The ruffle in the back and flare sleeves added some femininity to the harder stripes. The body is a bit lighter black versus the knit sleeves and sides that have more stretch. Diagonal stripes on the front sides pull in the waist. The sleeves were a bit long for me and if I owned I would probably tailor - still wearable for petites. xx

I loved this skirt! The material is wooly but not bulky. It sits just under your natural waist and I am more of a straighter/athletic shape. I'm not sure it would be the best for a pear or very hourglass shape. Like other reviewers noted, the skirt is very short. I wouldn't wear it without tights (note I am 40). The faux wraparound is flattering and cute. I would rent again! xx

This dress was very easy to wear. I loved the sleeves and ruffle at the bottom. It is a soft knit material but not super thick. I could have ordered the XS but decided on the S because I didn't want it to be too clingy. I do think runs larger because of cut and material - roomy at the waist. Sleeves were a bit long for me but didn't mind. Would rent again. xx

This dress is great if you want something easy to wear but still want to look stylish. The material is thick and soft (not for summer) and I just pulled it out of my gym bag early morning and threw it in on. It's very loose - that's the look and the cinched wrists balance it out. I'm 5'2" and the dress hit mid-thigh...if I didn't wear tights I would wear it with flats. Would rent again. xx

I loved this dress. The fabric is thick and is supportive with some stretch. The XS length hit my 5' 2" frame perfectly. I though let the colorblock/color scheme was very flattering. Only thing to pick at was the sleeves were way too long for me so I had to foldover but did not look bad. xx

I really liked this dress. Thanks to a previous reviewer who said it ran small - it does! Also, yes it is short tho at 5' 2" I can get prob get away without tights (obv in picture I did wear tights). My only complaint is that ruffle showed a little pilling. It was perfect for work to out date on a Fall day. Will order again! xx

I debated whether or not to wear this dress. The fit was comfortable as the material stretches and the length hits just above the knee (5' 2"). It's a good weight for the fall but when I walked it rubbed with my tights and rode up a little. I like the pattern but the colors aren't very intense. The little flare in the back spiced up an otherwise average look for me.

It's starting to feel crisp in NYC and this dress was the perfect start to boots season! I really loved the print, the drop waist/length and flare of the dress. As noted by others the material is thick and stretchy and there is a lining. I'm petite but muscular so the sleeves were right against my arms but it was still comfortable. xx
