Please forgive the terrible photo - I just wanted to show that the coat does run big and looked quite boxy on me. I'm on the short side, so maybe it would better fit a taller size 2. The coat didn't ship with a belt (I let RtR know, so hopefully this doesn't happen to you!) which probably would have made it more wearable, but I ended up sending it back as soon as I opened it. I still give it 4 stars though because I love the material - very nice and light... almost more of a sweater alternative than a coat. And I think the style is awesome. I may try again and order the size 0... hopefully it will come with a belt this time!

Loved this with black tights and boots. Wore to work and also out on a date. This dress is insanely versatile. I wore a black lace bra under it, which you could kind of see because of the detailing, but I thought looked fine.

Gorgeous dress, perfect for a resort or beach. I wore to a party in Miami. The fit was much looser than I would have liked, especially in the chest so I highly recommend sizing down, maybe even two sizes if you want a fitted look. But even though it was loose I liked it a lot and was complimented on it. Material is nice and thick and so no worries about undergarments showing through (seriously- I'm wearing a black strapless bra in this picture!)

I'm obsessed with this dress, and Elizabeth and James as a result. The fit was perfect on me and really showed off my shape (I'm pear-shaped with a small waist) without being overly revealing. The length was a bit long on me, but the fit was snug enough that it didn't look matronly. I wore it to a new years party, but this dress would have worked in a lot of different contexts. The one minor downside is that it did restrict my mobility a bit in terms of bending down/sitting down, but not terribly.

I was a little worried about this dress when I ordered it - I definitely have a belly pooch and wasn't sure how this would look. I did NOT need to worry - the dress was stunning and extremely flattering. The material is thick and hung in such a way that made it very slimming. The little cut-out is just in the right spot to show off a little skin without showing too much. Also, the waist was cinched in a very nice way to show off a small waist, without being too tight.

Main downside is that it has these painful little spear-points (part of the sparkle?) that dig into your underarm and back... These drove me nuts until I had a few drinks and kind of forgot about them. Also wasn't a huge fan of the draping at the chest - made it a bit more of a "mom" dress than at 20-something dress. Ultimately I did wear this and got a bunch of compliments, but it wasn't the best dress out there. What I did love about this dress was the length - I'm 5'2" and finding a long dress that doesn't drag on the floor and trip me is a bit tough. No problem here - wore the "2 regular" and was was able to wear medium-to-low heels without any problems.
