Great dress, forgiving fit so don't worry about getting the size exactly right. I am a size 6 for most stores and the 6r was just fine (and even though I'm 5'9", I didn't feel like i would have wanted any longer). This dress is very low cut, which was fun, but don't rent it if you are looking for a more conservative option. Loved the color.

While she didn't end up wearing this outside of our house like I did, my daughter loved this dress as much as I did! :-) Wonderful color, comfortable fit, loved the body hug through the hips and flared skirt. Very flattering. I couldn't quite get the top of the 6R to fasten so I went with the 8R. Probably should've gotten 8L but at least I didn't worry about snagging my shoes on the hem. I'm 5'9" and 150 with an athletic build, for reference. (My 13-yr old daughter is also 5'9" but only 125 lbs, and while she needs a few more years to fill this dress out, it still looked good on her!)

This dress was lovely and photographed very well. The red is a gorgeous shade and I received many compliments. I wore 5in heels and it was a little long still (and I'm 5'9"), so don't go long unless you really want long! I did love how the hem glided across the ground as I walked, but it was a little in the way when people were standing nearby. I agree with other reviews that the top was a little tight. When I tried the 8 it was just too loose in the midsection so I went with the 6 and the top half was just a little constricted. Great dress for an hourglass figure. One caveat, you have to practice posing a little bit so the folds on the belly don't make you appear poochy. ;-)

I am 5'9" and 145, the 6L was perfect. I ordered the 8L also since some reviews said it ran small, but I never tried it on since the 6 was so wonderful. The body hug was flattering and forgiving at the same time, you won't go wrong with this dress!

This was an amazing dress, I usually wear a 6 but I think I would've liked the 4 better. Unfortunately the 4 that arrived had some damage on the back slit (which RTR was very quick to make it right when I called them, I just didn't have time for them to ship me another before I took my dress on a trip), but the 6 looked great. I would definitely use RTR again, great service!
