Loved this top, and I got so many compliments! I wore it for work, but I also ended up wearing it on a date. Very soft, flattering, and versatile.

I rented this dress for a work option, and I wore it once. The collar and the waist made it almost feel uniform-y. Overall, it fit true to size and was a fun work option if you're in the mood to be a little experimental in the office.

Great dress for dressing up or dressing down.
Such a great dress! Considering adding this one to my personal collection. Loved the dress--can go casual or more dressy. I wasn't familiar with Universal Standard's clothing before, and it's worth noting that this particular item isn't lined. Pretty standard, solid, cotton fabric with a little stretch (but no lining). Worth noting if you're a person who likes some support..

This Skirt Isn't Lined
This is a beautiful skirt. Well-designed, great fabric and overall, okay fit. However, the skirt itself is completely unlined, and I wasn't able to find any way to wear it that didn't show lines. I'd be hesitant to buy or rent this piece, if you aren't okay with lines showing.

Sleek, sophisticated style
Rented this for travel and transition, but I could see it being worn for work or special event. The quality of the dress is very well-made, and it's a gorgeous dove-white color. I ended up not wearing because the seams around and across the bust made it a less than ideal fit, but I could see myself liking this dress in almost any color, for the right occasion.

I din't love the fit of the ruffle--it sort of gaped on me. Maybe you'd size up to avoid? Either way, it's still a very cute dress that I'd recommend for day-to-night during fall or winter.

Very disappointed. Got this as a backup, and it did not work. The dress was VERY tight and wouldn't go on, no matter which way I tried putting it on, even in two sizes up. I don't know what body type this dress is made for, but it is very narrow. Would not recommend.

This is kind of a weird dress.
The picture here makes it looks like it has pockets, but really, it's just a draped piece of the dress. Underneath is a thin cheap material. I'm curvy, so the drape did some weird clinging. On a person of any size, I think the top would pucker. In reality, the dress looked overall much cheaper than it does in this picture. Wouldn't rent it again or recommend.

This dress was not my favorite ever. It's cute and classic, but if you notice, the model has a great figure. I'm curvier, and even with Spanx, it just seemed to bulge in weird places (like the arms?) because it's made to be worn so tight. Also, as you see from the title, I thought it would be very hard to pull off without looking like a cocktail waitress. I had been looking at this one on the site for a while, and I was disappointed.Wish I had picked something else!

Cute dress, though not really as pictured
Based on the photo on the site, I really expected this dress to be almost white, but in person, the dress is a blush, almost pink color--a true NUDE as the title mentions but contrary to what the picture shows. It's cute: the sequins are between silver, bronze, and rose gold, which makes things even more confusing, and seems as though it would make matching accessories a bit tough if you're a real stickler for matching. Fit is also a bit tight through hips and thighs, for curvier girls (yes, even with Spanx).

Cute flirty date dress!
I rented this for a "surprise" weekend away. I didn't know where I was going, but I wore it to a dinner out. I think it would work for almost any dinner date, and it ended up being super-cute in person. I actually thought about buying it afterward, because it would be so great for dates or girls' night. Might be a little too revealing for a shower (the back is revealing) I would definitely recommend renting a necklace to go along with it, if you don't already have something. Fun dress!

I liked this dress because the print was stunning--even prettier in person!
Pretty dress! But, as always, Kate Spade sizing runs a little snug. I'm a curvier girl, and it almost didn't work--was a little uncomfortable at times, even with Spanx. However, I loved the print, so I made it work. I wore to a wedding shower, but I definitely felt like this would have only worked for a day event; if I'd been at a wedding or party, the fit would have kept me from dancing/moving/enjoying myself.

Perfect evening cocktail dress
Gorgeous dress, especially in evening lighting. Just the right amount of shine, not too loud. The bronzey tones of the dress make it different from the silvers and golds you see so much of now.
