Easy to wear and stylish.
The small fit perfectly (the waistband is elastic) and the length was perfect for me as far as pencil skirts go. Paired this with a cute black top and heels and it was a great work outfit.

Comfortable and classic.
This is a great dress to wear to work. I said it was true to size - it might even run a little large depending on shape. I don't have a very large bottom half (my stomach is where i tend to carry weight) and the size 4 definitely gave me a ton of room in that are. Really nice (relatively thick) fabric. I wore with a pair of booties and a sweater for work, but could definitely be dressed up as well!

This fits extremely well (although, I definitely didn't wear a padded bra because it has a tendency to look a little boxy from the side). I have rented it twice and I would totally buy it if it wasn't so expensive!

Comfortable and fun!
I have worn other Milly dresses so I knew the fit ran pretty true to size. It is a great dress... fully lined. A lot of the reviews said it was short, but I am pretty tall and just found it to be "average" short! Definitely is going to hit you several inches above the knee. I do wish I had realize that the cut of the shoulders requires either a strapless or t-strap bra, but I survived! Great dress overall!

Beautiful colors and really comfortable fit!
I know a lot of the reviews mention that this runs long, but I wore it with just a 2.5 inch wedge sandal and it kept it from dragging on the floor, but still covered my feet. I have worn this dress in a different color before and it is just so comfortable and was perfect for an early evening outdoor wedding!

Classic and elegant.
This is beautifully well-fitting LINED white dress. I got so many compliments. The only slight issue is that the peak of the beige panel definitely curled up a ton in shipping and it took some work to get it to lay flat, but other than that... this was something I would want to own in my closet!

Comfortable, but really stylish!
Believe all the comments... this runs large. I wore the XS and it fit perfectly. The neck is a little tight when you sit down, so I wouldn't recommend for a sit down dinner, but it was really flattering and felt like I was wearing pajamas all night. :)

This is a fantastic jacket! Classic and comfortable!
I got both the small and the medium, but I was wearing it over a dress and a jumpsuit so the small was perfect. I got so many compliments. This is a fun alternative to a leather jacket. Also pretty warm for a brisk night out.

This is definitely a dress that stands out without being too overstated. LOTS of compliments!
I am usually a 4/6, but I don't have a curvy body type so the waist was a little snug on the 4. The dress was extremely comfortable and the pockets were a fun addition!
