Second choice for a wedding. Length was weird on me ( not ankle, but too long for tea length). and armholes were deep. Loved the fabric. It would have worked, but not my top choice.

Stretchy waist
The size chart will tell you to order one or two sizes larger than normal, which I did. BUT I am guessing previous renters did not because the waist band was stretched out quite a bit. Compared to the matching top I rented one size larger than my usual and it fit perfectly NWT.

Great fit. Has loops for bra straps, which will also help prevent the sleeps from falling down to off the shoulder look- which isn’t a bad look anyway.

I wear an 8 or 10 and the 8 fit was perfect. Not too short waisted or overall length. Ended up not wearing it because of unseasonably warm weather, and it was thick and warm. Loved the sparkle buttons. Perfect for work cocktail party.

Works with a black tee for more casual events, but really dresses up with the matching top. I had to wear flats because pants were a little short on me, but probably fine for 5’8” and shorter. Ample room in hips.

Gaping at cleavage
Makes the matching pants look so much fancier. I loved the look. Top has snaps to hold bra straps in place - or maybe it’s to hold the top on your shoulders. Also has snap to keep cross-over closed, but it snapped open too easily on my not-so-ample breasts, so be prepared to show some cleavage.

Unexpected love
I was surprised how much I love these shorts. The flared leg makes the waist look small so front patch pockets don’t seem to add volume. Fabric is thick and stiff, so flare is permanent and fabric stays away from your body to provide nice air cooling effect. Patch pocket keeps phone or whatever on hand. I wore with chambray shirt, or black tank, or floral silk halter, for lots of different looks. My only wish was that they weren’t so darned expensive to buy!

Sleeves fall down
Cute dress but the elastic (if there ever was any) at the top of the sleeves is shot, which means the sleeves fall down. It’s not a good look; clearly the dress was not designed to be off the shoulder. I really wanted to wear it, but I had to wear a cropped sweater with it just to keep the sleeves in place. Pinning the dress to my bra strap was a bad look. Size 12 fit my size 8-10 body perfectly.
