Rented this for everyday and did wear it to work. I sized up one size so it wouldn't be too tight for the office. It fit well but the top crosses/wraps over and only has one snap at the top to secure it. I didn't realize before leaving the house how floppy the fabric below the snap would be if the wind blew or I had it positioned incorrectly. A well placed safety pin would help with this!

Flattering, colorful, and playful. The straps are adjustable which is great. I wore a regular strapless bra. For busty gals, the "cups" of the breast part of the jumpsuit will be too small but the material is forgiving and the pattern makes it hard to see the seams (you can see this if you zoom in on the chest in my photo). The back is smocked so it has a lot of give. Didn't really wrinkle and was pretty and flowy all evening. Accentuated my waist. Husband loved it.

This dress was darling and I received lots of compliments, but it would have been too short for work without tights. With tights it was fine! The collar was pretty wrinkled when I got it but I just used my straightener to iron out the kinks. Easy!

Cute breezy dress to wear out. Too casual for work but not quite nice enough for a cocktail party etc. A fun silhouette but not exactly flattering. It is indeed two pieces as others have mentioned- a spaghetti strap dress and it comes with, basically, a long sleeve shirt to wear on top. I'm usually a 4 and wore a 2 just fine. Will wear again while I have it but probably won't rent again; it's a cute dress, just not a show stopper.

I sized down on advice from one of the RTR Stylist reviews and should have actually gone a size up. The sides of the dress have small "slits" which went wayyyy too far up my thighs. The dress also wasn't as loose as I wanted it to be. I think I would like it in a medium versus an XS but don't want to risk it and waste another shipment. Size up- this dress is not cute if it's snug.

Fabric is fairly stiff which I liked- makes the dress seem nicer (which it should be, since it's Marni and $$$ to buy).

I wore this dress to work with a denim blazer. It was cute but is unlined and arrived completely wrinkled. Once I steamed it was fine, but still picked up some wrinkles throughout the day. It's also quite a bit looser than I expected, not sure if that was the sizing or the way it's intended to fit. I actually liked it but it was more of a shift. I wish it was lined and the material seemed a little cheap, but it was still cute.

The dress is super cute and the detail at the top is beaded, which is hard to see from pictures. The material is thick and high quality. There are little slits at the sides which cut up your leg a tiny bit but it's not inappropriate. The hem is long enough for work. I will probably size down next time for a little slimmer fit- I usually wear a 4 and the 4 was quite generous on me. Great work dress.

This dress is cute for work. it wasn't the most flattering dress- the tummy was actually a little loose on me but the hips were snug- but the dress is cute enough that it wasn't noticeable. The hemline is fun but long enough for work. Loved it!

I rented this dress for my baby's baptism. It was so perfect. I thought it ran true to size. I did steam it but once I got all the wrinkles out, it didn't wrinkle much while I was wearing it. I wore it with nude strappy shoes and got a million compliments. It is so lovely and I might just buy it. You won't regret this one!

The skirt looks darling on the hanger, but it falls flat once on. It buttons up the front and I found it to run small, so that there was gaping between the top couple buttons. It also hits at an awkward length- I am 5'7 it was too long on me, making my legs look short. The fabric is a thick, starchy cotton, so there is no "swing" to the dress. It's quite stiff. I loved this on the website but I actually sent it back before wearing, which is a first for me at RTR.

The dress has very pretty colors and the length is appropriate for work. The black piping enables you to wear a black cardigan or blazer over it to dress it up a little for the office. The turquoise in the dress looks great with a pair of turquoise earrings or necklace, which is fun. Unfortunately, the waist hit at an awkward spot and actually I thought that the piping served to broaden your waist, rather than minimize it (visually). Also, the dress is made of cotton, so it is definitely more casual that I expected and it wrinkled easily.

This is a great little dress. It's a little short waisted but not too bad. The hem is fine for work but any shorter and it would be too high. The dress looks navy and red on the site but it's actually navy and pink/orange.
