Perfect summer dress

The waist is tight and I couldn’t get my shoulders through when trying on. The next size up might have worked but it wasn’t included in my shipment. It’s also a thick sweater weight which I wasn’t expecting.

Tight rib cage, side zip.
This was a replacement dress and the 10 wasn’t available. It runs small in the rib cage. I think I could have gotten it zipped if I were with one of my sisters. But alas, I only had my husband and though I trust him with most things, a side zipper is not one of them. I think the next size would have been too big in the bust.

Eye-catching dress, not super comfortable
Everyone complimented me in the dress but it wasn't the most comfortable. It was itchy around the back and the "sleeves" kept sliding up so it wouldn't stay off the shoulder.

The only fit issue I had with the dress was that it was a little tight in the shoulders but my shoulders are broad.

Once I got it on it was great!
I wore this for one of my wedding showers and got a lot of compliments. So I have a larger ribcage than a normal girl so I ordered an 8 and 10 when I would have normally ordered a 6 and 8. The main issue I put this dress with 3 stars is because of the energy it took getting into this dress. The zipper really doesn't like to zip or unzip on the ribbon part (at the waist). Even when I wasn't wearing the dress I could barely get the zipper to move. I had my mom help once the dress was on and it was IMPOSSIBLE! I finally went into the bathroom took the dress off, zipped it to the ribbon and finagled my way into the dress. It was terrible. But like I said once the dress was on it was fine. You'd think designers would fix the way zippers work but apparently they don't care. Also the dress has a side zipper and I personally hate those. But the dress was on and I received a lot of compliments and no one knew the struggles I went through to get in the darn thing.
