Very heavy material and the flowers cut on the diagonal make hips seem larger
This dress was sent when the back up size of the dress that I had rented was unavailable. The dress that I rented was dressier. The dress is made of a very heavy material; and the cut of the flowers on the diagonal make hips seem larger than they are. Very well constructed.

Sexy without being uncomfortably so. Wrinkles very easily so don't wear if you intend sit a lot.
The dress fit very well. I received many compliments. It was sexy without being too uncomfortably so. Unfortunately, I had to drive over an hour to the party and it was quite wrinkled when I arrived which was very disappointing. Otherwise a lovely dress.

Too much volume to the dress
The dress is very stiff and there is too much volume. The model does not make the a-lime seem as voluminous as it is when tried on. I chose not to wear the dress and returned unworn.

It was perfect for the event. A formal party of the zoo.
The fit is perfect and the quality excellent. The dress is a light grey and the oranges are lovely. It was a pleasure to wear. I received many compliments. I highly recommend this dress.

Chose not to wear the dress tot he event that I rented it for and returned it unworn
The cut was not flattering and did not look like it does on the model. As with the other reviewers. I would highlight that the waist was very small but I have a small waist so it did not bother me. The dress made me seem curvier than I am (bigger bust and hips). I have an hourglass figure and this dress accented but not in a flattering way. I did not like the dress on me at all and did not wear to the event that I rented the dress for. If you are very narrow with small chest this dress may look good on you otherwise I would not rent it.

I was unable to wear the dress
The dress runs quite large. You definitely have to wear a strapless bra. I am 5'7'' and the dress runs longer than in the photo on the model. The size 2 I received was not sewn correctly and the zipper bunched at the base so I did not wear the dress which was very disappointing. I had brought the dress with me on a trip and luckily brought a back up dress that I owned since I didn't feel that I could wear the dress when it did not lay flat in the back.
