I'm an 8, so the large should've been a little big on me, but I think M would've been too small in the waist. Straps are adjustable

Runs a little big
I'm an 8/10, and the 10 was enormous at the top (like probably 2-3") with not much elasticity. Very pretty, nice fabric, fun colors.

I'm typically into a flowy print dress but this one seemed less bohemian chic and more... prairie. But that could just be me. I wear an 8 and the L was slightly big (which is true to size).

I wore this three times the week I had it -- it's cozy and cute. It runs a little big -- but also meant to be blousy, I think. I wore it with high waisted leggings with no tank, and with normal rise leggings with a tank (it does have high side slits)

Really Cute; Fixable Issues with Cups
I rented this for a mid-December wedding and ended up going with my back up dress, simply because the dress seemed to better fit the occasion. But I loved this jumpsuit -- fit was great, easy to style it up with some accessories, very chic. But the cups on both sizes I rented were smooshed up -- sort of like your swimsuit cups can get after you wash it. It would have been relatively easy to fix with a little time and effort, but it would've been easier had the cups had slits (like bikini tops do). Maybe this is something the dry cleaner could remedy before sending out? Still, I'd rent this again for another event.

Perfect "holiday cocktail" dress
I wore this to a mid-December wedding and it was perfect, but it would also be fantastic for any holiday event that calls for cocktail attire. I did not have to wear a bra with it, and was not worried while bouncing around the dance floor (major bonus!).

Pretty pretty princess dress
I think this dress is nearly perfect for hourglass figures -- enough support with the built in bustier, cinched in waist, room for the hips without adding too much bulk. Received compliments all evening. Looked amazing with a sparkly statement necklace.

Gorgeous cut, fabric and fit
Starting with the one and only semi-con: you can't wear a regular bra because of the stitched together shoulders. Other than that, this dress is so perfect. Chic, sophisticated and also a touch sexy thanks to the hemline. Wore it to a rehearsal dinner; wouldn't hesitate to rent it again for anything from a nice dinner date to a black tie event.

Not the easiest fit...
First: RTR has the best customer service ever. My second outfit was returned damaged from a previous renter, but they chose a back up for me and sent it with my first dress. I wasn't confident it would work, so they sent two additional options overnight to the hotel (destination wedding). This jumpsuit was one -- it may have simply been too big on me, but the crotch area was super baggy, and if I bloused it over the belt, it looked way too baggy up top. I'd guess it's better on tall, long waisted, straight figures.

May be tricky for hourglass shapes, but super chic
Love this jumpsuit. Enjoyed wearing it; got compliments. That said, it wasn't perfect for my hourglass shape -- it looked great on the bottom half, but really was too big in the waist area. It's probably perfect for straight/thin figures. But again, I wore it and loved every minute -- just don't expect it to look too tailored. Also, I think the length is a bit wonky for average height girls (I'm 5'7") -- but I rolled up the legs twice, wore casual nude sandals with ankle straps, and it looked fantastic. Also, if you have boobs, you'll want a bra for sure -- a lacy bandeau worked great.

Chic, feminine, perfect for spring or summer cocktail event.
I'm a fairly true size 6 -- the 6 zipped up fine, but the 8 was a more flattering fit. I'm a small 34 C and didn't have to wear a bra, which was nice (but note: if you do need to wear a bra, it would need to be strapless and you might need a low back or Fashion Tape in the back). Also didn't need Spanx as the lining is thick. Looked fab with a simple undo and gold strappy stilettos.

Needs a Slip -- "Panel" Didn't Arrive with Dress
I rented this for a 5 pm summer wedding -- the color was absolutely gorgeous and I think it would've been a lovely dress... but the "sheer panel" didn't arrive with the size 8 or the backup size 10. RTR, as per usual, demonstrated exceptional customer service when I emailed them (off hours) to inquire -- they couldn't solve the problem in time for the event, but corrected it with a full refund (thanks, RTR!). So my caution: Before you rent this, I would call RTR to make sure the panel is included. Otherwise, the V is wide open to the knot (near your bellybutton), which would probably be unwearable even for J. Lo. at the Grammys. ;) But it is a beautiful dress! Oh, and I would also definitely size up (DVF always runs small for me).

I wore this to a 5 pm summer wedding -- perfect. It looked fantastic with a large gold necklace, bone & gold cuff, and gold strappy heels. Very flattering for an hourglass figure. I'm a fairly standard size 8; this was just slightly large in the top.

So Chic and Flattering; A Bit Shorter than Expected
I rented this for a black tie event in Miami in late November -- so chic, so flattering, so elegant. The neckline gives you a great opportunity to wear a major necklace. I am a pretty true to size 8 and at 5'7", I thought either the 8R or 10R would be perfect -- but the 8R was way too short; the 10R was borderline too short but better. Next time, I'd rent the 8L and it would probably be perfect. Built in bra helps, but at 34 C I still needed a strapless bra for support.

Dress it Up or Down, So Flattering
I rented this for a nice dinner in Miami -- not formal, but coat-and-tie or sports jacket appropriate for the gents. I styled it with a long, more casual necklace with a cool turquoise and jade pendant and turquoise Kendra Scott earrings and several bangles. Looked great. But you could also style it up for a formal event. Also, incredibly flattering. I typically wear an 8 and should've gone with the 44, but the 46 was OK. You'll also need a low back bra for the back cut out.

This dress was made for hourglass figures -- flattering, sophisticated, sexy. I typically wear an 8 in better/luxury brands and the large was perfect. The neck was perfect for me, but I can see women with smaller busts (smaller than a full 34 C) needing a good padded bra/inserts to fill it out, and women with larger busts might need the assistance of some Fashion Tape to keep the girls in. ;)
