Really unique dress!
I rented this for my bachelorette party and it was perfect for a night out with the girls. The dress does run small so definitely size up. I typically wear between a 6 and an 8, ordered the 8 and 10 in this dress, and ended up wearing the 10 which was snug but not inappropriately so. With the placing of the cutouts you have to wear a sticky bra or none at all (the fabric is thick). Overall I got tons of compliments and would definitely recommend this one.

Stands out in a crowd of black.
I walked in to the pre-party and one of my friends told me I looked like a movie star in this dress! It was a great way to stand out a bit at a black tie event. I thought the dress would run large, but I found it fit true to size, any smaller and I don't think it would have zipped. Some discomfort in the chest/bodice area after several hours, and definitely took two people to zip. I found at 5'5" with 4" heels the length was perfect, just skimming the floor. Another great RTR experience!

Beautiful Dress - some issues
I fell in love with this dress online and was so looking forward to it for a vineyard outdoor summer wedding... but. The dress had a torn sleeve (delicate lace) which was difficult to fix. The fit was as described, I sized up one size and had no problems with fit. You do need fashion tape for the sleeves to stay up as well as the lace to lay flat on the chest area. Loved the dress, but was disappointed in the one I received. RTR was quick to help with a refund and some additional overnight back-up dresses. The customer service with RTR is top notch.

Very comfortable cute dress.
I wore this for my February birthday party. I didn't want to be too fancy, but still wanted to dress up (though it was freezing out, so I needed sleeves) and this dress was perfect. I got a ton of compliments, but with the sleeves and pockets it was still casual enough. I paired it with black tights and ankle boots (sorry, I forgot to get a full length pic). All in all another RTR success.

Great navy dress, had several strangers approach me asking where I got the dress!!
First off, since there were no other reviews, I had thought this dress was more black and it is not, it's definitely a navy blue. The dress was beautiful and fit well, though it was a little snug in the sleeves. I'm about 5'5" and it hit just above the knee. Lots of compliments from complete strangers, which is a typical RTR experience!

Dress fit well and was complimented many times on the color.
I got this as a backup dress for a wedding in Chicago. It fit well and was easy to dance in. First dress arrived with a stain and RTR overnight shipped me a new dress, great customer service.

Cute, but not flattering
I was looking forward to this dress for a Chicago wedding, but ended up wearing my backup dress as this poufed out a lot at the hips where the yellow fabric starts making me look very large in that area. Also VERY hard to zip this where the yellow and white meet.

Fun dress!
I didn't end up wearing this dress (it was my back up), but I wish I had another event to go to so I could have! It is very comfortable and fun, but I ended up wearing a floor length. How great to have two stunning options?! The dress was a little large in the cleavage area, but as other reviewers mentioned, double-stick tape would have solved that.

Felt very elegant and vintage in this dress, I couldn't be happier with the dress or RTR, they never disappoint!
The dress was perfect for a black tie charity event. Very comfortable and easy to wear. I wore a 5 inch heel and the length hit mid-foot (just right).

Great dress!
I ordered this dress as my "backup" dress and ended up wearing it because it was so comfortable and really a dress you could wear anywhere. It can be worn dressed up or down depending on the heels and jewels. I thought the blacks looked black (unlike other comments) but it is clearly two separate fabrics, a silk and a satin, which appear different. I really liked the look.
