I bought this for casual dinners/roam around town in and finally understood the scratchy comments. It has a shimmer/shiny twine mixed into the fabric which is beautiful but this is what causes the scratchiness all over

It's definitely an oversized, baggy fit. It wasn't the most flattering but it's beautiful regardless. The ruffles & puffy sleeves are perfect. I have a long torso so I couldn't have sized up & managed to get it on (no zipper) so it was a bit big in the waist
