This was really comfortable and worked well in a casual setting.  I gave it 5 stars because it worked for me on that day, but be aware:
-I don’t think it would travel well. The skirt has lovely pleats which may not stay if packed tightly in a suitcase 
- the pleats mean a lot of fabric and I had to keep pulling in fabric when I got in a car
-the back tie thing is weird. Serves no purpose except coming untied.
- the top stripes do not render well on a zoom screen 

Loved this one. Wore to work and felt very comfortable. Will definitely consider buying. 

LOVE this dress and almost bought it. Travels well - pulled out of my suitcase and didn’t need to iron. Great for work travel!

Great spring/fall weight and perfect for work. I’m a short-waisted pear shape and found it very flattering. 

Wore to work but was too casual. It’s an odd mix with the more casual top and fancier skirt. Fun to try and fit well. 

Amazing and comfortable work dress. I typically wear a 2/4 or small but the XS fit perfectly

Fits great, just a little too casual for a weekday office - maybe with a blazer on top?

Didn't love this dress. Fit TTS but not super flattering, just okay. 

This dress was good, but I don't think I would rent it again. It looked a little matronly on me. 

Cute overall; would consider sizing up. Great spring dress paired with flats. 

The pleated black skirt & striped knit top of different fabrics (black & white in front and brown & white in back and on the collar) is unusual and fun to wear. I liked this more than I thought I would. RTR tends to steam the pleats out so get it sooner rather than waiting if you are into it. 

There is a thick black ribbon to cinch in the skirt under the top (there is a white layer underneath) that works, but is little bulky under the shirt if you tie it in a bow or hangs down below the top of you knot it.  

Wire this to work, but was more casual than I expected. The back has a different color of stripes. It was comfortable material. I could have sized up to the medium as the top seemed shorter.

This dress did nothing for me. Was like a potato sack. The tie at the back of the skirt, which should create shape, added bulk as it fell right under the shirt piece. The length and width of the skirt also made me appear wider. A lines are usually my friend, but not this time. Didn't see any way to salvage this with styling except putting a longer top over it and belting. Anyway, still wore to work as it was appropriate. But this was a style fail for me, which is not typical for RTR. In fact, this is the first 1 star I've given as it fit, but just did nothing for me.

I liked the idea of this, especially the contrasting stripe patterns, but it just hit at an unflattering place. Even with the hidden ties to pull the waist together, it made me look wider.
