Awesome embroidery, comfy liner
I got a lot of compliments on this dress, and it felt even more luxurious and thoughtfully constructed than other more expensive dress I rented for another even the same weekend! The liner is a pretty light tan color but a comfy breathable fabric.

Perfect for a museum event
This was just the right dress for an exhibition opening - the fabric is very comfortable, the twist front is flattering, and the collar is fun. I did have to go a size up for a comfortable fit, and I definitely had to use a lot of tape to keep the neckline from flapping open when I moved (it lays nicely over a regular bra but has a lot of give in the front where the twist is, so it had to be secured).

Perfect for an out of town wedding!
This fit true to size, was extremely comfortable (the fabric lays nicely and has some give), and packs like a dream! I was able to fold it up and pack it in my suitcase and it unfolded with no creases.

Super fun dress!
Wore this to my own birthday party and loved it. I'm normally between a M and L and in this dress the M fit perfectly (I was swimming in the L). Didn't need a bra but I did add a little tape to keep the neckline in place. The top sagged a little because I don't have a lot of chest to fill it out but the whole look was drapey enough that it didn't look out of place. The fabric was extremely comfortable and I was able to rock this on a hot summer evening even with the long skirt and sleeves.

Gorgeous dress, had to size up
I had to wear my backup size of 12 in this dress when I'm usually at 10! But, it looked gorgeous on. The embroidery is heavy and the blue leaves are actually separate pieces of fabric that are embroidered on, which was gorgeous. I didn't realize somehow, looking at the other photos, that there were ruffles that ran along the front and back of the top of this dress! They lay differently depending on where the embroidery falls, but they were very cute. The sheer panels and embroidery covering the deep plunge neckline helped me get away wearing this to a wedding at a conservative church, with no side-eye!

Comfortable and cute, with a great 80s vibe
I rented this for an 80s-themed exhibition opening--it's shape and pattern was a great nod to the 80s without being "costumey" and I'd absolutely wear it to a wedding, etc. as well. The shoulders don't actually have pads, but slight pleating adds some cute structure to them.

Perfect for a brunch wedding.
This fit true to size (I'm usually a size 10 but am up at least 10 lbs from my profile weight right now so the 12 was just a more comfortable fit). The sleeves are a little restrictive of arm movement and although I'm fairly tall, this dress was a little longer than expected--it came almost to my ankles! Love the pockets, and love the color. It's well lined so I was fine skipping a bra.

So comfortable and fun!
I was shocked when I tried this dress on for the first time. It's as soft and comfortable as a casual jersey dress, but looks SO great. With the deep-plunge sheer panel in the front, you can't wear a regular bra, which I was expecting, BUT I'm small-chested and used to not having to wear any kind of bra with a formal dress that has a bit more structure in the top. You can't get away with that here, because there just isn't any structure, so plan for that! That softness and flexibility gives you some room in the size, though. I wore the smaller of the two that I got, but wondered if I could have fit into even one more size down.

I felt great in this dress!
There were a couple loose threads on the size I ended up wearing, but they were easily snipped. As many have warned, the tight waistband can be tricky for people with wide rib cages, like me. I ended up using the larger of the 2 sizes I received. Overall the dress was comfortable and I danced all night at a wedding in it.
