This dress is gorgeous. The embroidery and colors are beautiful. The waist falls oddly high but I added a belt like many others and it totally helped balance the waist line. I loved wearing this and received endless compliments.

I thought I would be a Medium but it was too tight, The Large fit perfectly and comfortably! Everyone commented on how beautiful the dress was. I absolutely loved it! It is also so different to anything everyone else wore to the black tie wedding.  It looks way better in person than photos. 

I wore this for a work awards party and I felt so dang classy. It’s a beautiful gown. 

It’s a little tight but worked for me —got a ton of compliments.

The dress is warm enough to wear to an October outdoor wedding in New England.  It is very long.  I wore a  grosgrain ribbon as a belt and just a simple pendant necklace.

I wore it to a friend’s rehearsal dinner and received many compliments. The fabric and detailing are gorgeous, though the dress is quite warm due to the full lining and a bit on the heavier side.
It fit me well through the shoulders and waist, but it’s not ideal for fuller busts. I’m only  36C, and my husband had hard time zipping me up — I couldn’t wear a bra with it.

Make sure your have comfy heels to wear if you’re shorter than 5’10.

I ordered a bunch of embroidered floral dresses to try on for a fall wedding on my membership plan. This dress was my favorite but I probably won’t wear it. The long sleeves make it quite warm, and it does look a little matronly compared to other sleeker, sleeveless dresses. But I am holding onto it just in case it’s cold, because I really do love the look of it. It’s stunning. 

True to size, wonderful sway, built in nude slip that is a bit thick but holds all the wiggly bits together!

This dress is gorgeous and one of my all-time favorite rentals. Lots of compliments—but especially intense compliments along the vein of “where did you get that dress because I need it.” Wore as pianist for my perfect grandmother’s funeral, then again for a formal community event. 

I’m normally a 4, maybe a borderline 6 after some recent weight gain after my grandma's death, so I thought I'd be safe with the 4-6 size, but definitely needed the 8-10 for comfort in the arms and shoulders. Thanks to RTR wonderful customer support for a last-minute size exchange.

I got so many compliments and felt beautiful. I had to size up because of the bust. The large fit me perfectly. The attached slip hits mid-thigh but I was assured that nobody could see my legs through the material. I wore 2-inch heels and the length was just right.

I'm not sure my body type - is brick sh!th0use an option?!? - but this did not work for it. It is a heavier dress, with lots of fabric, and did not accent my (albeit limited) waist.  Maybe a belt would help, but that's not something I have.  I was hoping this would be bold and fun, but it made me feel matronly. Also, the embroidery doesn't cover the whole sleave, which kinda makes it look like you're wearing a long sleaved t-shirt under the dress. There isn't much (any) give to the fabric, so I don't think it would be comfortable for a long evening, but i only wore it to try on. I went with my back up dress. 

The event was held out of doors so I would be standing in wet grass. I wore boots and it worked perfectly. I would definitely suggest a belt to break-up the rather busy print. The flowers absolutely pop much more than the photo suggests. I can’t tell you how many compliments I received. I told everyone “Rent the Runway”!
One suggestion I would like to make to the company. More dresses for older women. I’m 70 and VERY few dresses in your catalog would work for me. 

Beautiful and comfortable dress, got lot of compliments but you definitely need the belt in my opinion. 

I'm currently 31 weeks pregnant so I was a little worried, but the large had *just* enough room for my bump. I wore this to a military ball in February and absolutely loved the gown for the evening! If I weren't pregnant I think medium would fit with plenty of room

The over embroidery is heavy and gorgeous. It falls over curves like water with a light stretch and a bit of a tuck in feeling. The length was perfect as I am 5’6” and wore just. 2” wedge. I felt royal. 

Has good stretch and drapes well. Dress stands on it own and needs no large accessories to shine. 

Perfect for a winter formal event.  The floral design stood out without being over the top.  I paired it with a black belt with a silver bow (Target) and silver jewelry.  The liner underneath did ride up a little and for those with a bigger bust may want to size up.

I wore this to a December black tie wedding and I don't think I've ever received more compliments in my life. I recommend a low heel, a slim belt (the waist has a seam and it's begging for a belt), and earrings that make an impact. Also, highly recommend a red lip to make sure the dress isn't wearing you. Fits TTS and is somewhat heavy, so I wouldn't wear in warm weather.

I am 5'4 and 150 lb. It's was perfect without heels. Beautiful dress! 

Fit perfectly even when I usually wear petite - it fit well in the shoulders and the overall length worked on my short frame. Received many compliments! Well-made, lined, great quality.

This dress was a dream. Ordered the small and medium and while both fit, I went with the medium just for comfort purposes (I’m 5’6, 150lbs) . Endless compliments all night. Would 100% rent again. 

Absolutely gorgeous embroidery. Fully lined and super comfortable. Perfect length for short girlies.

Wore it to a gala at the art museum and this was a SHOWSTOPPER. I’m already tall, but the long sleeves and drape made it look like I float when I walk. And, it’s super comfortable. I even had a meal
in this dress and was still okay :) Ordered the belt off Amazon and was on my way!
