Unfortunately, I wasn't able to wear this to work due to field visits to construction sites. But when I did try it on at home, I absolutely loved it and would have worn it everyday to work. For me, at 5'2", the pants hit my at my ankles but was still high waist. The first pair that I rented did have a rip on the side, so I didn't wear that pair and returned it to RTR. Luckily, I rented on my next RTR Update and nothing was wrong with the pants. I would also probably wear this out after work or during the weekends with a casual shoe and white tee. Would definitely rent again.

This is a great summer outfit. The material is thin, so be careful what you wear underneath. The slip that came underneath is short to the point where I stood up and my fiance said that he was able to see my underwear. This was my first time wearing a red dress since I wasn't able to commit to buying a red dress before. The color was true red and the lace at the bottom gave the dress a little fun flare. At 5'2" the dress hit me at mid-calf. Since the color of the dress was red, I went with minimal accessories and black heels. The dress, I felt, ran true to size to running large. I'm typically a 4 to a 6, but was able to fit into the 2. I would recommend getting a size smaller as the back up size. The one thing that did bug me a little while wearing the dress was the lining of the dress kept riding up and caused wrinkles on my back side, but I'm mostly blaming this on the spanx and the fact that everything was sticking because it was hot out during this outdoor wedding. I would highly recommend this dress.

I would definitely rent this dress again for another event. The length and the style of the dress is simple, but the red color really makes the whole dress pop. This dress does run small (I typically wear a 6) and renting the 8 was a really good call on my end because it was snug enough that I didn't have to wear spanx or anything of the sort if I decided not. The length of the dress on my 5'2" hits right at the knee instead of a little above the knee. Would definitely recommend this dress for people who are slowly trying out the little red dress look.

I didn't wear this dress to a wedding that I attended not because of size. I rented other dresses at the same time and ended up going with a different style. This dress, though, is a true red dress and the color really does pop. It's great for any formal or cocktail attire event. The dress length on my 5'2" frame was more of a midi-dress than a knee length dress as shown on the model. The only problem I had with the dress was the bust was a loose on my 32B bust. The dress is form fitting and it is up to you whether or not you would want to wear spanx or something similar.

I rented this dress too early for an event I was planning on wearing it to BUT I will definitely be renting again for the summer season. The yellow is not a bright highlighter yellow, but more of a soft pastel yellow. The length of the dress hit me right at the knee and I'm standing at 5'2". I absolutely loved the color and it was perfect for an outdoor June wedding in SoCal! The slit in the dress did help me feel a little bit cooler, but the spanx that I was wearing showed (power panties shorts). So keep that in mind if you plan on wearing spanx. I am 5'2" and the dress wore like a midi dress which I didn't mind at all. The ruffles gave it a nice fun appeal. I am usually between a 4 and a 6 and opted to get the 6 due to a previous rental from the same designer. The 4 would have been too tight on me and would show everything. I loved the cutout detail on this dress as well as the print. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to wear it because the top was a little too loose (I'm a 32C) and it flapped around. It didn't hug my top the way that the model has it on. The bottom fit well and the length of the dress was a little bit below my knee at 5'2". I would suggest your true to size so that both the top and bottom portions of the dress will fit more or less to your body.

This dress wore more as a midi than an at knee length dress. This was to be expected since I am 5 feet 2 inches. With a higher pair of heels, it would have looked more like an at knee length dress. Aside from where it stopped along my legs, the dress itself was fun to wear. The color, especially, is a color I wouldn't normally wear but was perfect for an outdoor wedding in Escondido, CA. The slit on the thigh added just the right amount of sexiness to the whole outfit. I probably would have been able to fit in a 4, but ended up wearing the size 6. For size measurements, I would look up the dress from the original site and go from there. I rented another Jay Godfrey dress in a 6 and it was snug while this dress was loose all over (including the chest area). If you're unsure where you are or are between sizes, I would go a size down.

Unfortunately, I was not able to get a full length picture of me wearing the dress but the dress stopped about two inches above the knee. On the model, it sits how a shift dress should sit on the body. For me, that was not the case waist down since it hugged all the way. Personally, I would have sized up to a 6 and probably will when I rent again for a nice summer night out. The open back is what got me and showed just enough skin that I was comfortable with. Definitely need pasties for this dress since the open back goes quite low and a low back bra may not work out.

I have always been between sizes 4 and 6. When reading the reviews, majority of the ladies said to size up and I'm very glad I did. I am 5 feet-2 inch (at 138 pounds) and it hit me about two inches about the knee (not including the asymmetrical hem). I could have sized up to an 8 to be more comfortable, but the 6 was snug all around. For those that have a bigger butt, I would suggest sizing up. When zipping up/down the dress, you would need to tug a little due to the tiny frills at the back of the dress. Nothing got tangled or anything like that. All in all, this dress was very comfortable to wear in the Miami heat. It does have a liner and the material of the dress itself is on the thicker side. I would definitely rent this dress again in the mint color.

This was my first rental from RTR and I will be definitely be coming back for more! With that being said, for my friend's wedding, I wanted to do a variation on the classic LBD and this dress fit the bill. It had the right amount skin showing without being too out (for me) and was perfect for an outdoor wedding in Oceanside. Being 5'2" (plus heels), the dress hit right at the floor wearing the 6R. I originally ordered the 4R, but when I tried it on, it was too tight for me in the hip area. I do highly suggest ordering a size up for the back up as the other RTR ladies suggested. For this particular dress, I bought some petals and there was no need for fashion tape in my case. I wore the dress with minimal accessories since it had a lot of skin showing in the front. I would definitely rent this dress again!
