This Theory shift is cute to wear on a random day of the week running errands! It's super casual and comfortable. It is true to size, but you may want to go up one size for back up. This shift will work well with any cup size. Since the shift is a straight fit, curvier women will want to size up. The length hits right at my mid thigh. A standard bra can be worn, and a slip is recommenced. Wedges would pair well with this shift. 

I ended up wearing this as a tunic over white jeans.  I did not wear the slip that came with it, but a white camisole.  It is cute as a top.

I double-checked the tag to see if RTR sent me a small instead of a medium...runs small all over but especially at hips/top of legs. Also too short on me. Unwearable. 

Comes with a slip which also ran small. 

Nice dress though. Will look great on petites or if you size up. 

This is a great summer outfit. The material is thin, so be careful what you wear underneath. The slip that came underneath is short to the point where I stood up and my fiance said that he was able to see my underwear. This may not have happened if I ordered the medium, will try again on the next rental. Aside from that issue, I would definitely recommend this dress.

The fit was a bit too tight for everyday.

the boxy short sleeves paired with that box neck line I should have known better to order but the print is so darn cute.  I put a sweater over and all was right with the world.  Totally not flattering but you can work with it.

I am a relatively thin person and felt uncomfortable in this dress. It was tight across the shoulders, hips, thighs. Plus, it was too short with the side slits to feel comfortable. I unfortunately returned this without wearing it out.

Despite the look on picture in actuality it's shorter and the slip inside very tight I always wear XS size and in this one I was uncomfortable 

I'm 5'4, 140 lbs, and the medium was way too boxy and long. It hit above the knee, but on my frame, I need something a tad shorter. The way the neckline comes together makes it all the more boxy looking, and the sleeves were on the looser side as well. I tried belting it, which helped the body of the dress, but the sleeves and neckline just made me look like a linebacker up top. Cute pattern though!

Didn't end up wearing this. It ran small and was a little too short for my liking. 

It was so small that I could not even get slip past my hips. I'm trying to see if they have a larger size.  It looked beautiful but too small

So tight across hips, I couldn't wear it.  To big across shoulders, I'm afraid to size up.  Overall, returned without wearing.
