Not for slightly larger breasts
Fits perfectly except for the breast/chest area. I am 5'5" , 117# usually a 0/2 with a 34C chest. It is great around the waist, but constricting up top. Sadly, I couldn't wear it for fear or breaking the seam/zipper.
