I usually rent a size M in Herve even though the nice ladies at the Herve Leger store tell me I should wear a small - "If you can zip it without help, it's not tight enough"... that's what they say! But I'm wondering if these dresses shrink significantly from dry cleaning? Because I had to struggle to get into this one in a M. I didn't end up wearing it... just too uncomfortably tight around the shoulders. This was also the only Herve I've ever worn that had sleeves - so maybe the sleeves just aren't for me. Sticking to sleeveless next time. All that being said, i'm giving it 4 stars because I still loved it and wish I could have worn it. Some of the other RTR ladies looked great in it in their review photos.

This is exactly the kind of dress I want to borrow rather than buy - it's gorgeous, but the coloring is so distinctive, can you really wear it more than once? I'm not in the market for an almost $2000 dress I can only wear once... so RTR to the rescue! Classic Herve that hugs in all the right places. This one is longer than many other styles - a few inches above the knee and I'm 5'11, so would be pretty long on someone who is a more normal height. Fit seemed true to size. Probably could have gone with a Small if I had wanted it super-tight.

Definitely recommended, loved using this clutch. I found it a little hard to open, but it looked great.

I am 5'11 and this dress was barely decent. Obviously would be longer on someone shorter! The fabric is very pretty and light. if you have any weight around the middle, this dress emphasizes it! You can even see on the model in the picture that it poofs out a little right there. And in my picture I look 7 months pregnant (i'm not). Ha. The sleeves were also way too short for me so I just hiked them up, which looked fine. Great dress if you are average to short height and very thin!

These earrings are huge but very pretty and classy. Wore them with no other jewelry - you don't need anything else! 4 stars because they are heavy clip ons and one of them fell twice while i was walking. Luckily I noticed immediately (probably since they're so heavy). Would really suck to lose them!

Beautiful, lightweight, flowy, comfortable. I wore this for a dinner on the ocean. I am 5'11 and the 8L barely touched the floor wearing flats. The small waist creates pretty curves. Would definitely rent again.
