Terrible! Unflattering.
The panel around the belly bubbles up and exaggerates even the smallest of pooches. If you are short, this effect is even more appalling, due to wear the panel hits. Absolutely could not be seen in this. If you are very tall and thin as a rod, maybe. Too bad because the fabric itself is very pretty.

Very barbie dream house glam
If that's your thing, go for it. I felt silly and flashy in it. Could not wear. It's WAY more sparkly in real life than in the picture. And even though I'm usually comfortable with peplum fits as I have very narrow hips, this peplum felt very extreme. Another thing I didn't like about it is the arm holes were quite large and showed a bit too much flesh near the breast tissue. It did accommodate my large bust, but I'm not trying to show off side boob at work.

TINY!!! Go up 2 sizes.
I'm normally either a 28 or 29. I ordered a 28. They arrived brand new with tags. Not even close to being able to button them. The waist is tiny. I will probably try renting again sometime in a size 30, because the fit and cut was very cute and perfect for my height.

More like mustard than yellow shown in picture.
I love the blue version of this and that's why I rented the yellow. You need to be olive or dark skin to wear this type of yellow. It's much more mustard than it appears in the picture. The picture makes it look like sunshine, but no. It will wash you out if you have light or rosy skin. I did not wear it.

Body-skimming, great fit.
I'm a 6/8 and the 8 fit perfectly. I would size up if between sizes unless you want a tight fit. The 8 draped beautifully on my large bust and narrow hips. Forgiving in belly if you wear control panties. Comfortable. Chic.

Super flattering for large chest or broad shoulders!
Color is beautiful. I’m top heavy with broad shoulders and small hips and it was one of the most flattering dresses i’ve ever worn. Looks cute more fitted than the model. Complements on the color. Would have bought it if not losing weight.

Flattering on short-ish people!
At 5’3”, it’s hard to find a wide-leg trouser without looking frumpy. This is it! The fit is absolutely divine. Even my husband said he liked them and he usually calls wide legged pants “clown pants”. And the length was perfect (1/2 inch off the ground in the back) with some 2” thick-soled chunky grandma loafers. Paired with a tucked in, fitted mock neck base layer and an oversized, sleeveless cardigan, I felt effortlessly cool and professional all day at work. Would buy if they were cheaper! Definitely keeping in my rental closet.

Super Flattering but hanger titties!
I wish RTR would ask customers to not hang heavy knits on hangers; it ruins the shoulders by creating indents in the fabric. I still got away with it, but it’s a shame to ruin such beautiful pieces of clothing unnecessarily. Heavy knots belong folded or rolled for storage. This is a beautifully designed, comfortable and flattering piece. I wore to a Thanksgiving meal and to work.

Better for tall girls and A/B cups
I’m a 6/8 with a larger waist and small hips. 6 was too small to zip. I’m 5’3” and this would have still fit funny in an 8. It’s cut for a taller frame. I don’t usually need petite sizing but this felt particularly tall. Fabric is thicker so better for fall or transition. Oh also chest area is for itty bitties. If you are tall with big boobs i would NOT rent. Just all wrong for my body type.

Great for a Witch costume
I used it for a halloween witch costume and it was perfect. Comfortable with pockets so no purse needed. However I personally would not wear it on a normal occasion. It's flattering, but the style just feels costume to me.

Stretches out
Sizing depends on how many times it's been rented as the elastic waist stretches out. The first time i rented an 8 when i was 135 lbs and it fit perfectly. Now i'm 150 lbs and the 8 is huge but the 6 fits decently although still a bit big. Very flattering short though.
