Wanted to love it…
but the cups completely flattened my bust and the way the scallop is placed just is exactly where my nipple is and it just appeared so awkward. I had such grand visions of tying those skinny straps all the way down in the back so that it was just a minimal, super skinny strap. That was what I loved about it, in combination with the openness of the neckline and a chance to really show off some décolletage but didn’t work out as I’d hoped.

A perfect day dress
Cut incredibly well. So flattering. Fit me in all the right places but was not tight anywhere. Effortless to throw on and run to lunch looking elegant. I might buy it. I’m not sure I can live without it. It’s the most classic dress. Sort of French girl, sort of DVF. Love love.

A perfect slip dress
Slip slippety perfection. Cut slightly big but in a good way. Like a drapey, comfortable way but was incredibly flattering. Lined, slinky material. Everything you want out of a classic slip dress.

Loved the fit of this top especially paired with the Mille Leonie Skirt. It was perfect for when I wanted something flattering but breezy. I wish I had a better pic of the front. It was darling. So feminine. I felt so pretty in it.

Cotton perfection
I called this “my Jenny skirt” because it reminds me so much of the skirt that the Jenny character wears in the film “Forrest Gump”. It was a perfect skirt for walking around a bit of paradise with warm breezes. Light and airy and so well made. Also I really appreciate a side zip and a proper waistband. So good. Also the length worked well with flip flops even though I’m so petite.

Perfect fit
TTS. I felt so beautiful in this dress. The top is a Balconette style with bra cups. Very low cut. Revealing but in the perfect way. There is no room for a bra in this dress. Very challenging to get yourself into as the straps have to be tied to your length in the back. So lots of re-adjusting whilst taking on and off as I was getting the length correct without assistance. The color is rich and stunning. Wore this for my birthday party and received endless compliments.

Elegant & demure
This dress is absolutely perfect for a memorial service or a funeral. I wore it with completely opaque, black tights to play down the leg slit and it disappeared. I am petite at 5’3”. The length was just above the knee on my body. If you’re taller, it could be too mini for such an event. The fit is perfect. I generally wear a 0/XS and this fit perfectly TTS.

Fell in love. Such a good dress!
1st dress I’ve had a hard time sending back. The color is gorgeous. It’s a vibrant lilac. Silky smooth material. So comfortable. The way it’s gathered at the front makes the skirt hug your body in a really flattering way. I had so much fun dancing in this dress. I could move freely. Felt so glamorous and classy. It’s light but there’s coverage and the material lays beautifully over the body. I’m glad I looked at the reviews and saw how great literally every single reviewer looks in this dress. I’m on the right in the photo. My friend is also wearing a look from RTR. She’s in the ivory number. She looked amazing.

Little loose. Straps and length long for petites.
Gorgeous color. Ran large on me. Straps are long if you’re petite so it will be lower on your chest and back. It’s definitely a braless type of dress. It could have been more fitted through the ribs, waistline, hips and legs. Also if you’re petite, it’s not very Mini. I fell a few inches above my knee. I wore it to lunch with canvas sneakers and to dinner with heels.

Wore it even though it was a little too small because so pretty, feminine and sexy. Runs tiny.
I wear an XS or a 0. This dress ran too small on me. The skirt, front of the top and the sleeves are fully lined and the back of the top is a single layer. The way the dress is lined gives a really nice weight and feeling to the wearer. I would only rent this one if you're used to going braless. Also, my breasts are wide set on my rib cage so it worked for me. If your breasts are closer together, this would probably be a nip slip situation.
