I wore this for my first day at a new job. I had to travel to be onsite and wanted something I felt great in and this delivered. It was light and breathed well, the draping was lovely, and I felt like it was special and made me feel confident for day one. It was a little loose in the waist but in hot New Orleans that was perfect! 

Doesn't look like too much online but really beautiful and flattering in person. Rented to take on a work trip. As other commenters noted, neckline is a bit low so I pinned it for work events. However without the pinning it was great for dinner/drinks out at a nice venue. Loved the fit and fabric, so flattering. One complaint is that when I sat there was a little gaping around the hips. Might wear a black slip underneath next time. 

Super comfy and flattering for the office but definitely low cut, and the top latch was too loose/broke to hold it in, so I was constantly aware and concerned of a slip all day. It's 100% silk so comfortable but potential to be hot if you run warm!

Beautiful dress with a fun pattern and a smooth and comfortable material. My only complaint is that I wished I had worn a cami underneath. It was a bit low cut on top and needed another button.

Cut a bit low and wish there were a few more buttons at the bottom.  Missing hooks to keep button flaps closed.

The buttons and hook and eye closures on this dress are tedious! Not my favorite Jason Wu I’ve rented. Also it is low cut so I won’t be able to wear it to work without a tank top under it. This one was just OK for me, although one positive note is that it’s super comfortable!

I went one size up because typically higher end clothing runs smaller, but in this case this dress is true to size. I had quite a bit of room and could have sized down. 

I can't believe I have to give this dress back. Its so perfect. It fits nice. The fabric is amazing. I have worn it several times! It's really comfortable! LOVE IT

This is such an easy dress to wear, and perfect for work. 

Gives a retro vibe, super well made as one can expect from Jason Wu! It does end up being a little thicker than expected tho because of lining - careful in hot weather. Really liked it!

Loved everything about the dress. Great cut, the fabric is soft and shiny, versatile in matching with other pieces. Would absolutely rent it again. 

Love a dress with pockets! For shorter women, this will probably hit mid-calf - it was knee length on me. Also the slit in the front is surprisingly high! Overall, very cute and I got a lot of compliments. 

Great material comfortable. Can be casual or work formal with a blazer.

This dress was a perfect addition to my travel work wardrobe, as it was both lightweight and comfy, with a neat print. Only con would be it runs a little tight through the torso area with the buttons. Length and overall fit however, is very flattering and professional!

Great fit all around except too low cut in the front of dress for work.  I'm full bust and looking for more coverage; didn't wear.

I picked this with my unlimited subscription. It fits well and it pretty. I wore a tank under it to make it more work appropriate. The dress buttons down the front so gapping may occur when sitting. Love the pockets! 

First to wear this dress (tags were still on), but I was a bit disappointed since there was nothing amazing about this dress (which I've come to expect in Jason Wu pieces, or any item with a four digit price tag). Fits true to size and worked on my long torso. Beautiful fabric. Longer length and front pleating gives it a retro vibe.

Good quality silk , cut ok but I didn't find it to be special. Needs buttons further down (opening too high for work). Also need slip or camisole to cover cleavage

This dress surprised me when I received it, the fabric was shimmery! It's hard to tell in photos, but it shimmers ever so slightly. It's true to size, and I had to pin the front so that it was work appropriate for a 34 D, but it was cute for summer. Felt a little too vintage, but the pattern and shimmery fabric helped make it more current. 

Conceptually beautiful, great cut. The print takes some getting used to. Very tight in the bust area

Thought this would be radiant like the photos but it's a dull shimmer dress. 

Size to your bust - I sized up for fear of it being too tight in the butt or being one of those super skinny designers but it's normal.

Good for work but doesn't look like $1,600

Beautiful material and colors, really wanted to wear but the bust was too tight for me.

Cute dress for work but tight in the bust. Had to wear a cami and was glad I did since it kept popping open. Would consider renting again a size larger

This dress fits true to size. There's a snap to help with the top, but I still felt it was a bit too low cut so wore a camisole underneath.  Buttons all the way down but there is a good slit in the front so you need to be aware when you sit down that you'll have more leg showing.  Received several compliments.  Gives off a 50's vibe yet is slightly sexy.

This dress somehow feels blah on, despite the comfortable fit, nice drape, and pretty fabric.  

Even though the top would not button for me, it was still a beautiful dress.  The pockets are a plus!  

The fabric was soft and pretty. The waist was a little snug. Probably because of the delicate fabric, something about the collar didn't lay right. The dress was a little too low cut for me. I think someone with a different body type would really like this dress. It just wasn't a good fit for me.
