This designer's dresses all run about the same size so if you're a 4 then you'll be the same size with another one of her dresses. A big snug on top so if you have a larger chest or arms it might be uncomfortable.

I'm 5'0 and usually wear a 2 or 4 in dresses. Dress was snug but fit was pretty accurate for size 4. If you are bigger than a real 4 you may want to get a bigger size. The size 2 did not fit me at all. It was also a little longer than I would have liked but that was expected.
