Classy and not too heavy!
These earrings are great - I had them in for hours without any pain or problems. They were super light, so much so that I forgot I had them in! They provided the perfect amount of sparkle without being obnoxious.

This necklace is gorgeous - not too big or heavy, but it makes a huge statement and got lots of compliments. I wore it in Vegas all night without any discomfort, and its size actually helped me feel less self-conscious about how low-cut my dress was!

You will turn heads!
This dress is GORGEOUS. I rented it for a friend's Las Vegas bachelorette party weekend, which is pretty much the perfect setting. Originally I ordered the medium and large, but the large was damaged and unavailable. (RTR was awesome as always and let me substitute another dress FOR FREE as a result). Despite my fears, the medium fit like a glove! I was literally serenaded down the street by dudes singing "Laaaady in red..." and my friends said guys' heads were turning all night. Like everyone says about HL dresses, the material is thick and holds you in exactly where you need it. I loved that the plunging neckline and super tight fit were balanced by a slightly longer length and sleeves, so it looked sexy rather than skanky. The necklace the model is wearing fits perfectly and went really well with my gold/white clutch and neutral heels. Warning - I included the second picture to show what happens while sitting down! Careful, this dress will give you insane cleavage even if you're pretty small in the bust like I am.

First HL experience!
Having never rented a Herve Leger before, I was worried that the medium would be too small; however, this dress fit like a glove and covers all problem areas. The fabric is thick, so I didn't feel self-conscious about how tight it was. The cut made it easier to wear a bra (which is great for me because I hate to go without or wear those sticky nu-bras) but mine was a special one built for plunging necklines like this one. Those with larger busts than mine might feel like they're spilling out just a bit, but hey, if you're renting this dress maybe that's sort of what you're going for? Also, I loved the color in this dress - it's actually warmer than it looks in the picture, which is why I went with neutral accessories - though black would probably look fine too. Overall, this was a great dress for Vegas - sexy and comfortable!

Beautiful, but won't be renting again.
I'll start with the pros: - The color and lace styling is gorgeous, and made it easy to accessorize (I went with mint green jewelry, but pink and red and gold looked good as well) - The length is long enough to not look skanky but short enough to still look pretty hot - The fabric stretches comfortably around curves and the light cream slip underneath is almost like spanx, although I don't really think shapewear would be necessary since the lace pattern is very flattering - The open back is HOT - my boyfriend could not keep his hands off my back - and the long sleeves are perfect for people like me who are self-conscious about sleeveless stuff. The (major) con: - First of all, the top of the medium seemed a little stretched out. I have never worn a sticky bra before, but unless you feel comfortable going bra-less (and I DON'T), you might have an issue. I felt like I was constantly insecure about my chest because the top was stretched out and even apart from that, it's extremely low cut. However, I have a smaller chest than most, so this might not be an issue for you. Unfortunately, I hated the sticky bra experience, so I won't be renting this one again.

So glad I stepped out of my comfort zone for this colorful dress!
I picked this dress for a Hindu wedding ceremony, because practically everything I own is black and a few people out there on the internet said solid black might not be appropriate. I'm so glad I went out of my comfort zone and rented this dress! The cap sleeves and length made this totally appropriate to wear in the temple, while the tight fit and gorgeous design kept it fun. Anyone who normally wears spanx or feels self-conscious in tight dresses shouldn't worry - the fabric is stretchy but also very thick, so you feel like any problem areas are held in. This dress got a bunch of compliments and the multicolor design made it easy to accessorize.
