Cute, but probably wouldn't order it again
This dress is the exact reason I use RTR. I was going to a Wedding Shower and wanted something that wasn't a black dress (since that's the only things I have in my closet)- so I picked out this beautiful light blue dress. It's the perfect vibe for a shower. I got compliments from everyone. I had a few big issues with the dress though, which is why I appreciate that it's a rental and wasn't a purchase. The lace of the dress was very itchy on my skin, and I couldn't wait to change out of it. I was in some hot weather, which probably didn't help, but I felt the need to wear shorts underneath to put a layer between the fabric and my skin (as much as I could). I also felt like the dress didn't photograph very well- especially the top layer of the tier. The other two layers have more fabric so it waves more, where the top layer kind of laid flat. For someone who is trying to hide the midsection in dresses, I felt like it drew a lot of attention there. For sizing, I'm in between an 8 and a 10 at the moment, and I went with the 10. The 8 'technically' fit, but I wouldn't have been able to move at all. If you are in between sizes, I recommend going with the larger size for comfort.

An LBD with some flare
I was attending a wedding where the dress code was Business/Cocktail- so less formal than I'm used to. I still wanted to dress up without being over dressed. When I saw this dress, I thought it had that cocktail edge while still being a longer dress. I'm pretty solid in between an 8 and a 10. Both fit, but the cutout was way more flattering in the L. The M overall was just a little bit tight and without being able to wear spanx, I thought it was best to go with the L. It was comfortable the whole night, and I ended up using boob tape, so I didn't have to worry about finding a bra that worked. The dress also stayed in place, and I didn't need double sided tape. I'd definitely rent this one again!

I'm obsessed!
I had some very specific needs when looking for this dress. It was for a friend's summer/fall wedding in LA- so I wanted something airy and light. My husband was in the wedding wearing a blue gray suit, so I didn't want to matchy match him, but also didn't want to clash. When I saw this dress, I knew it was outside of my comfort zone (I pretty much only wear black) but it was gorgeous, matched everything I wanted, and had great reviews. Well when it arrived, I was so happy with it. It's even more stunning in person, the straps are adjustable on top, it has pockets, and it flows beautifully. I'm usually pretty right in the middle of size 8 and 10, but was easily able to fit in the 8. I wouldn't have wanted to go any smaller than that though. I am currently very flat chested, post breastfeeding, so that's the only thing I struggled with in this dress. A strapless bra showed beyond the cup line and looked strange, and without a bra I was so flat. I ended up trying boob tape for the first time, which gave me just a little bit of cleavage and worked great in the dress. Overall 10 out of 10, and I can't wait to find another reason to rent this dress- or I might just have to buy it!

It's fine.
The "how did it fit?" question really threw me, because it's a little bit of everything. I thought the straps were too big on top, the midsection felt a little too small and unflattering, but the dress itself did fit. I thought the fabric was way heavier than I expected. I wasn't wow-ed by this dress, so that was disappointing. But I did get compliments on it, and it worked for what I needed it to. Overall, it's fine.

Pretty, but not a wow
Ok, I have to admit I'm doing this review later than I should have, because I don't actually remember what size I wore. I think I did go with the 8- true to size on this. The straps were a little loose, but everything else fit great. I did have to go braless on this one, because of the mesh insert in the cleavage- you could see all the bras I tried on. But I was able to go without a bra easily- felt supported and never had any issues. I rented this dress because the color/pattern combo was out of my normal wheelhouse, but I was a tad underwhelmed with it. It was super pretty and very comfortable to wear for the wedding, but it didn't pop as much as I was hoping.

There isn't enough room here for me to explain how much I loved this dress. Comfortable- check, Sexy- check, Could wear a normal bra- check, Didn't need shapewear- check! 10s across the board from me. The cutest little cut out moment. Perfectly LBD for the black/white theme night on the bachelorette trip. Already trying to figure out another event to rent this for. LOVED IT!

Wanted to like it more than I did
Man I was so excited when I got this dress. Sexy, cute, colorful, sparkly- a recipe for a fantastic dress. But I was disappointed. I did wear it out to dinner and dancing on a bachelorette weekend. I was uncomfortable most of the night- had to wear a sticky bra as no bra worked, and no bra wasn't an option in this dress for me. It came across very potato sacky and was so short. Definitely not what I was hoping for sexy wise.

Definitely comfortable, but strange neck twist
I got this dress as a potential replacement for another dress. I nearly wore this for my event, but it was a little baggier than I wanted, and I couldn't get over the strange twist in the neck. I know it's described as a twist neck, but it felt like it wanted to lay flat and was being forced to twist. It looked so strange to me, but then the photos don't really show it. The dress is very comfortable though and is really pretty in person.

Good for photos, but just ok
The dress was for a bridal shower, and it worked. The fabric is a bit strange, as I recall reading in other reviews. I did not fill out the top of the dress, and that was a bit awkward, so I actually felt the need to stuff my bra a little bit, just to make it look better. But I think it looked great overall!

Love/Hate relationship with this dress
First of all, this dress is beautiful. The color, the feel, the cut, the POCKETS! The 38 was a tad bit tight in the zipper when I first tried it on, but the 40 felt huge on me- so I had to go with the 38. The fit wasn't perfect, for being a little tight in the rib cage, the trim at the top was a little loose. I'm not very busty, so that definitely may have been the issue. But while driving to the wedding shower, the zipper popped in the car. I tried to fix before going into the party, but in my car by myself- it was not doable. Had to hold it all together and beeline it to an open bedroom to unzip the whole thing and rezip it back up. After that, it was flawless, lots of compliments. It did bust one more time driving home, of course, but at that point it was a non issue. Still really loved the dress though.

I need to buy this dress.
I rented this dress for a wedding in New Orleans in March, knowing the possibility for some heat and humidity, and that there was a Gatsby theme. I thought this dress would check all of the boxes for that- and it did so much more. Seriously in love. Can't recommend this dress enough! Fit perfectly, was so comfortable. Could dance and twirl all night in it. Big bonus- was able to get it on and zip it up myself- didn't realize how nice it is to be able to do that! One small note, which I recalled when I opened the garment bag: it says "silver star" tulle dress- but the sparkles are definitely mostly gold (with some silver). I had to make a small pivot with my jewelry, but nothing crazy. So RTR, let me know when you are selling this one- put me first on the list please!

The back is everything!
I rented this dress because it was something I didn't think I'd ever buy for myself. And I loved it! The back is gorgeous- maybe a teeny bit big, there was some small gaping, but I didn't even need to pin it. I'm currently in between sizes 6 and 8, so after reading other reviews I went with the size 6. It fit well everything, but was a little tight in the waist. Nothing unmanageable as I was able to wear the dress all night (wedding rehearsal, dinner, and then out afterwards) and sit down without any issues. Highly recommend. Just bummed I never got a great picture of the dress itself.

Perfect fit!
I wanted a dress with long sleeves as I was attending a winter wedding, and I didn't know how much of the wedding was outside. The sleeves were sheer, so it didn't help that the entire wedding was outside, but the look was perfect for the wedding. I never wear animal print, but the velvet leopard print was subtle enough that I loved it. The waist hit at the perfect spot. The length was a little longer for me than what is showed on the model, since I'm 5'4", but it didn't make a huge difference. The 10R had a little bit of tearing at the seam on the right sleeve, but that was the only problem with the dress. Watching this dress hoping it will go on sale sometime soon, because I would love to keep it.

Great for cold weather
I was attending a wedding that I knew was going to be pretty cold, and the material of this dress helped so much. Fits pretty true to size, and can show a bit more in the mid-area than you want. I was planning on wearing spanx, figuring the mesh panels would just see the nude color, but the panels hit in a weird spot and you could see both the spanx and my bra. Ditched the spanx, and was pretty happy with that decision. Would definitely recommend this dress and would wear it again.

So many compliments!
I don't usually wear rompers, so I'm not sure what convinced me to take a chance on this one. There were only 2 reviews, but there was something about it that made me rent it- it plays on the line of formal but not too dressed up- which is exactly what I was looking for. I was wearing it to my work wrap party- and that was the vibe. It was much more comfortable than I expected- mostly in regards to the sleeves. It was brand new- actually had to take the tags off of it- which I haven't done with a rental here before. I wore the M, my usual size, but I did wear spanx underneath it. Getting in and out of this romper however, is not a one person job, so be warned. I usually can manage zippers on my own, but this one was a bit harder. That being said, would rent this again in a heartbeat!

So Glamorous!
I just love this dress and the way it made me feel. I would wear it over and over again. I got so many compliments on it. I wore this on my bachelorette party cruise for the formal night and it was perfect. I did end up going with the large, didn't even try the smaller size on. One size up was perfect for me. It doesn't hide much, but I was able to wear spanx with it (even with the open back), so that was a plus. Ready to rent one of the other colors of this dress next!

LOVED this dress!
Wore this for our Engagement photos, and it was everything I wanted. So comfortable, and fit in the smaller size that I got. They honestly smelled a little musty when I pulled them out of the Rent the Runway bag, but that didn't last long. The color is a much deeper cream in person, but photographs a little lighter. I love this dress so much, that I'm just waiting for it to go on sale, so I can buy it!

This dress is gorgeous! The back is stunning!
The wedding we attended was a formal attire wedding- and I just really wanted something that was a step above the usual dresses in my closet. This was definitely that! This was actually my backup dress, but I really loved it! I will say the waistband was pretty tight. I honestly felt like in the waist I could have gone up a size or maybe even two- it felt like I was sucking it in the whole night. But the rest of the dress fit wise was great. It was maybe an inch longer than I would have like- even with 3 inch heels, I had to hold it up while walking anywhere. But it really made me feel great.
