Not for me
I really wanted to love this dress, but it ran small. Also found that if you have any bit of a stomach (I've had two kids and my stomach isn't completely flat), there really isn't anywhere to hide in this dress. Definitely would be more flattering for women on the smaller side.

Great dress!
Didn't end up wearing this one although it was a nice dress. The material would have been a bit too hot for a party where you're dancing around, especially since you can't really pull the sleeves up at all.

Thicker material and kind of a knot pattern. Nice dress but ended up being more casual than I had expected, so I didn't wear.

SO many compliments!
LOVED this dress!! Very comfortable, nice sparkle without sequins. I got SO many compliments all night long. Be prepared, though- is fairly low cut, so if you are uncomfortable with a little cleavage (not too much), probably not for you.

Wanted this dress to work, but didn't
Rented this for a bridal shower and really wanted it to work, especially after the other reviews. Unfortunately the dress was just okay and looked a little frumpy because it was so large in the hips. I think if I were a size 6 or smaller the style with the stripes on the sides would have looked better. But with a size 14, it just looked weird.

Great classic black cocktail dress
I normally wear a 14, but only the 16 was available (the dress I originally was going to wear didn't work out, so this was a last minute replacement) and it was a bit large in the sleeves and in the hips, but still worked. Loved the dress so much I plan to buy one, but in a 14. I was worried the lace might be itchy, but wasn't at all. Thank you Rent the Runway for the rush replacement dress- you saved the day!!

Great basic daytime party dress
I ended up wearing the 16 instead of the 14 for comfort. Runs very slightly small, but I also prefer a little looser fit. Great basic daytime dress that you can dress up a little for a party. I wore a bright blue bolero for a pop of color and it was perfect. Lightweight material, so not a cold weather dress, of course, but would absolutely rent again.

Classy evening bag
Great bag- perfect for the occasion. A bit smaller than expected, but still plenty of room- I was able to bring everything I needed and still had room. I had imagined, based on the pictures, that the bag’s texture would be a bit smoother, but was a bit more “bumpy” in material texture than expected. Still a classy bag for a corporate holiday party, especially paired with a LBD.

Great dress- not for this occasion
Loved the dress. Runs pretty true to size, although I found the thigh area to be a bit tight and unforgiving. There is a little flexibility in the stomach area if you have a post-baby pouch, but not a lot. Loved that I could wear a regular fitting bra so long as it was a plunge bra. I didn’t end up wearing this one as I was going to a corporate holiday party and this just showed too much cleavage. Had it been a more relaxed party, would have been super sexy, but just not for this event. Material is very thick, which was also great.

Great LBD- classy but fun
Great LBD- wore it to a corporate holiday party. Very classy but fun and flirty because of the back of the dress the way it drapes. The bad news: be prepared to wear a backless, strapless bra as the arm holes are just large enough with their cut that you can see a regular fitting bra on the sides. Also the back is just barely low enough that you can see the back of a regular fitting bra. Material is thick and flattering although I wish it had more “fold over”. If you have a small amount of post-baby pouch, you’re going to see it in this dress, so be ready to wear control top pantyhose or Spanx. Overall, great dress and perfect for the occasion.
